They did play the Bill O'Reilly clip, right after they left the Colonnade section. Lots of booing ensued!

I got to the venue around 5:30. I didn't want to be waiting in line and figured I'll just hang around a while. I can't believe how amazing I still feel two days later after seeing Coldplay. And watching the videos and seeing the pictures is really awesome. You know what I notice about the pictures? Alot of them are pictures from stage right. I sat stage left and was curious if anyone else did? I do have some pictures, but I can't upload them. I recently got rid of text messaging, but normally I would email them to myself.

I will add that I had an awesome section. I think I helped getting people pumped. I was relatively quiet before the concert. I told the couple next to me that it will be an awesome show. I was standing the whole time. Singing to most songs, stopped when I started losing my voice. I wish they played "Swallowed In the Sea" as well. One of, if not, my favorite Coldplay song. I also really, really, wanted to hear "Cemeteries of London". I like "Yes", but I think it slowed down the concert a little bit. I loved the neon confetti action. I did take some pictures with my camera phone, but it's a crappy 1.3 megapixel phone. It only basically gives you the idea of where I was sitting. I'm a good photographer, but not with my phone. Also, during "Clocks", I think Chris changed one of the lines in the beginning, does anyone know what he said? I heard lots of "whooos!" after it.

I love Coldplay. They honestly gave a great show and played more songs than I thought they would play. I think they stopped less than last time I saw them on Twisted Logic. I have no real passion for another band to pay 100 something on a ticket, plus parking and a (real) t-shirt that I bought. Coldplay is it for me. I also appreciate the fact that they has a free concert at MSG! And a handful more! Not just some dinky little place, but at an arena. That place is huge. I saw an Elton John concert there (it was for my mom, and he's cool and all, but at the time I was 14, so didn't care as much as I do now), and that man put on a show, for sitting most of the time. Oh, and sorry again for the wrong set list. I'm a bit tired. I waited for people to leave the parking lot, but it still took a few minutes. And I don't like driving through Inglewood. Or Los Angeles for that matter.

Ah! Yes. "What If" was played instead. My bad. Happens when you're on a concert high. I was in Loge 27, Row V, Seat 10. Pretty good seat. Was able to see everything. Chris and the gang though were really small when they were in Colonnade 4/5. Smaller than the stage.

It was an awesome concert. It was the exact same play list as the night before 1. Life In Technicolor 2. Violet Hill 3. Clocks 4. In My Place 5. Viva La Vida 6. 42 7. Yes 8. The Scientist 9. Chinese Sleep Chant [sidestage] 10. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face [sidestage - new version] 11. Square One 12. Speed Of Sound 13. Trouble 14. Lost! 15. Strawberry Swing 16. Yellow [Acoustic] 17. Death Will Never Conquer [Acoustic, Will on vocals] 18. Fix You 19. Lovers In Japan Encore 20. Death And All Of His Friends Some highlights: -Chris was a BALL OF ENERGY during "Square One". He did a backward somersault. He tumbled around the side stage. He was nuts. -I call them "The Orbs", the big balls that were circular versions of a big screen, were AWESOME. There were six altogether. One towards the center. Two on the side of the stage and three behind the band. Sometimes they showed color. Sometimes images. Sometimes images of the band playing. In the beginning of The Scientist, Chris' piano was only playing. I think Johnny's guitar wasn't plugged in. Something happened. It was funny. In the beginning verse of Speed of Sound, Chris forgot some lyrics and stopped the song. My absolute favorite highlight: At the end of "Lost!", Chris was playing his piano, he sang "just because I'm losing", and I think he was pausing and was going to say the next part, but the audience finished it for him: "Doesn't mean I'm lost". Chris said, "Let's do that again because it was really fulfilling"....so we all did it again. And, like the last time I remember on the Twisted Logic Tour, he loves how were "all in tune". -Chris mentioned that they were the older brothers of the Jonas Brothers, and they didn't have as good a relationship as Miley Cyrus. -Chris wanted to tell us in "starbucks terms" that the first night was "grande" and that the second night was "Venti" -When Chris was up in the Colonnade, he said "So this is what it's like?" I know I'm missing more. I'm bad at reviews. It was an awesome show!

I was in Citibank today and there was a girl at the teller counter who had on a Coldplay T-shirt from last night. She said the concert was awesome. And that she got here t-shirt at the end of the show for 10 bucks. Bootleg of course. I'll probably get to the Forum by 5:30 and just wait. I remember the parkining lot that was a 10 minute walk. I am not doing that.

I'm going to the concert later tonight...cause technically it's 1am here Tuesday. I'm gonna arrive early. Last time, I arrived late and it was a looooonnnnggg line for parking. I'd rather stand outside excited for 1 1/2 than to have to sit in traffic that long. How much is parking at the Forum? Last time I went, which was 2 1/2 years ago, it was 20 bucks....has that changed? I have a camera phone, will they ask me to take it back to my car?

Puwwweeezz don't take away my caller 14.... The only big thing I got from KROQ was 2 free Universal Studios passes. That was for telling a story on What It Do, Nephew?

Slightly OT: Did anyone try to win tickets last week on KROQ? If you won, you were qualified to have Coldplay play in your living room! I called on Sunday morning and unfortunately I was caller 14. I was so mad cause the one time I actually get through, and I'm caller 14!

Random question: I don't remember how security was last time I went to The Forum, but I want to bring a digital camera with me to the show. How tight is security there? Is there a way to sneak in a digital camera into The Forum?

I actually think that pre-sales are a good idea. I know that Best Buy pre-sale had a 2 ticket limit. I'm not sure what the KROQ one was. I think that the pre-sales can limit people purchasing alot of tix and selling them for more than they are worth. I'm glad I found out about the Best Buy pre-sale the day before, otherwise I wouldn't have known.

CoL Lyrics
Bold text are the lyric changes that I heard: At night they would go walking 'Til the breaking of the day The morning is for sleeping Through the dark streets they go searching To see God in their own way Save the night time for your weeping Your weeping Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London hey So we rode down to the river With a towel to go swimming (???)- I want to know what he says after "With a..." it's bugging me! Further curses to be broken We go wander neath the arches Where the witches are missing There are Ghost Towns in the ocean The ocean Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London hey (Guitar Solo) God is in the houses And God is in my head And all the cemeteries in London I say "God come in my garden" but I dont know what He said For my heart(???) wasn't open Not open Singing la la la la la la laaeey And the night over London hey Singing la la la la la la laaeey There's no light over London today

To be honest, I always have a much better time in the nosebleeds then on the floor. I'm kinda short (5'3"), so I have to look over lots of people to see the stage. I'm glad I got the Loge section (and pretty close to the stage). Cost $114 though. It's a graduation gift though, so I shouldn't complain.

I got my Best Buy code yesterday. I got on at 10:00am 6-5-08. I was able to look at three separate seating areas. I'm in Loge 27, Row V. Someone mentioned that the nosebleeds went up. Actually, I looked at the ones I purchased for the X&Y tour and I paid 49.50 for The Forum. At Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, I paid 39.50 for lawn tickets. This time I am going to the concert alone. Last time, I had someone who was not enthused to be there and I just rather be a crazy Coldplay fan alone.

Whats the best tv-show?
By far, my favorite one right now, is Lost. I also love Scrubs, The Daily Show, and The Office, right now.

Things you'd like to happen to the setlist.
I'm actually quite found of Swallowed in The Sea in the encore. Cause all of us are just coming off of Clocks and Talk. I'd like Yellow to be later as well. I think Square One is a perfect opener. Square One= beginning. Duh, like we all knew that. I missed ROBTTH this time. I love hearing it. Other than those, I love the set list.

What Age do You want To get Married/CHILDREN>!!??!??!
Hmmm...I've always been iffy about marriage and kids. If I was to marry, I'd say like late 20's (28,29) or early 30's (30, 31) I wanna have a year with my man before the minions come. After that, I think I want 2 or 3.

What is your favourite Coldplay song today?
Swallowed in the Sea has been my favorite song since The Forum on 02-04-06.

Hardest Part Confirmed As New Single
I love Swallowed In The Sea (my fav track off X&Y), would've loved to have it as the next single. After hearing everyone sing along with it at The Forum. THP is alright, not my favoite, but I'll grow to love it. Wonder if the video will be concept driven or just the band playing...
