  10. I had the same problem, It's your DVD player's speed wich is too fast :idea2: !!! I get this in help section (maybe it can help you ;) ) "The captured image is black. Cause: "Image Overlay" techology is used. Solution: If 5 Clicks captures a solid black image instead of a movie clip, the problem is usually caused by "Image Overlay" - graphics hardware acceleration technology used to make the display of the image faster. Image Overlay technology bypasses the Windows display memory that 5 Clicks, or any other screen capture program, captures. Of course, this problem affects all screen capture programs and even the built-in PrintScreen Windows key. You can disable "Image Overlay" in some video programs: Microsoft Media Player - Select "Tools - Options - Performance (Playback)". Move the "Hardware Acceleration" setting to "None". QuickTime - Select "Edit - Preferences - Streaming Transport". In the dropdown select "Video Settings" and uncheck all of the "DirectDraw" options. Real Player - Select "Options - Preferences" from the menu. In the "Performance" tab uncheck "Use optimized video display". If the player doesn't allow for change of graphic acceleration options you can also disable graphics hardware acceleration system wide. In Windows 2000, select "Control Panel - Display - Properties - Settings - Advanced - Troubleshooting"; on other versions of Windows select "Control Panel - System - Performance tab - Graphics - Advanced settings". Move the "Hardware Acceleration" setting to "None". After you disable hardware acceleration you may need to adjust color depth and/or screen resolution for some DVD programs and also restart the movie or close and restart the player. If you don't need to capture the movies for a while, you may want to restore the settings back to full acceleration. This is an obvious inconvenience but unfortunately there is no other way to make it work and no other screen capture method will make it any easier. "
