As they say, hindsight is 20/20. The government warned the people in Louisiana. They had time to get out. But no...they didn't. And so everybody looks for someone to blame..hey FEMA you look like a good candidate! It wasn't their fault. Don't blame them. I totally agree...if it weren't for us...Europe would be the biggest hell hole right now...and you would either be speaking German, Italian, or Japanese. We are the ones who fuckin fought for YOU. We had absolutely nothing to gain from WWII, we coulda just defeated the Japs for Pearl Harbor and been done with it. We received almost nothing for fighting in that war. We gave it to Russia for being a 'good sport.' And guess who payed billions after the war to countries all across the world to support their economy? Oh yeah, us. Who are the ones who liberated France? Oh yeah, us. Who came through Italy and took Rome? Oh yeah, us. Who fought the battles of Midway, Coral Sea, and bombed the Japs? Oh yeah, us. I'm not sayin that England didn't do anything, they fought just as hard as we did. Just don't think America is such a horrilbe country. Just our politicians. And even they deserve some very small, minute amount of sympathy. You cannot say you wouldn't lie and cheat and steal for plentiful amounts of money. Anyone today would. And about the no consent from U.N. thing for America to go to war...we pay 80% of the bills in the U.N. I think we have earned the right to do whatever the hell we want. And guess what? We choose to free oppressed countries and help struggling economies out. Not completely take over the world.

Heh, I've actually heard a story like that...except it wasn't aliens...it was real. So I know this guy...he had a friend that worked in the grocery store. He said one day some random guy came up the the register with a few items and just swiped his hand over the red thigny...whatever its called...I can't remember right now. So the thing checked out alrite and the guy left. Before the dude left, he just said he was just checkin to see if the system was working...isn't that creepy?

Woah...didn't mean to sound so for the "America-for-world-domination." I'm just sayin we based our country off of Christian beliefs..although we may not follow them anymore, they are still there. Idk if you know what a Deconstructionist is...but it is a person who trys to prove the rationality of something completely contradictory...but I read where a group of these Deconstructionists took the Constitution and declared it completely contradictory, and therefore meaningless and stupid. Our country is flawed, nonetheless, and in no way better than any other nation in this world. I'm just trying to defend my President here, because I think going to war was indeed the right thing to do. It's stupid to say the world doesn't need war blah blah blah...when in reality it's going to happen. I'm not saying war is good, hell that's what the UN is supposedly for. I just don't see why we pay 80% of the bills in the UN and other countries think of us as the scumbag of the world for not helping them specifically. And after WWII...we spent billions upon billions in the Marshall Plan and Truman doctrine. We are here to help, whether you believe it or not.

Eh you can't be criticizing him if you want him to join your side. I know many people who refused to believe the 9/11 conspiracy for the longest time, but they slowly began to realize the truth about the incident. Now they couldn't be more for the conspiracy. You just have to give it time and present as much factual evidence as possible.

So I just found this thread and think its pretty sweet... First of all, we are NOT always the ones in control...look at WWII, we were isolationists. Hitler felt he had the responsibilty to take control...of the world. And we all know how well that good ol' war turned out...millions dead. God made us the reigning nation of today's society, guess why? Because believe it or not, our country is based on the Christian religion. What other nation has a democracy like ours??? Oh yeah, NONE. Castro is an old bastard, but Hussein definitely has killed more of his own people. And I wonder who the civilian deaths are caused by, oh yeah, the terrorists. I don't believe for a second that our soldiers took one innocent life over there.
