  1. Though we only chatted with each other via the internet, she was one of the loveliest persons I've ever met. She was always so kind to me. I am just absolutely heart-broken to hear this tragic news. I was so hoping to meet her in person at Wembley. RIP sweet Jen. We will miss you terribly.
  2. I think you'll start hearing from more people as the concert date grows closer. There were lots of great fans last time Coldplay was in Raleigh! I'll be there; I just haven't posted on Coldplaying for awhile.
  3. I think he's referring to their performance of Talk at the Grammys.........
  4. "It doesn't happen to many other large bands?" You really need to research that statement further. Civil lawsuits like this one happen every day to big artists. I really can't believe you seriously said that. You don't like Coldplay, and you love this Joe Satriani guy. WE GOT IT. I just hope Joe enjoys his dimes while his lawyer basks in the millions he'll be getting no matter how this lawsuit ends.
  5. **cough** yeah, ok, whatever Satchfan. Job done. Go back to sleep with Satriani's lawyer now. Oh, and you got your adjectives switched. You would be the "devil" to the "angels" who appreciate Coldplay's music. No one is blind here, and we didn't advertise for a saviour to come and make us all see again. Bye.
  6. Jesus, would you just go sleep with this jerk and get out of here already?
  7. The main issue here is whether or not a LAWSUIT is warranted and also the highly suspicious timing of that lawsuit. In the US, you can file a civil lawsuit over anything without having to prove any sort of merit to your claim before filing. Civil lawsuits are expensive, they make lawyers richer than any plaintiff, and they are emotionally draining and time-consuming. Satriani is an asshole for filing a lawsuit, and his lawyer is a bigger one. In my opinion, one line of his stupid song sounds vaguely similar to VLV. Doesn't sound ANYTHING like lawsuit material to me. Civil law in the US needs to be cleaned up, and I'm sorry to see Coldplay have to suffer through this ridiculous legal system of ours. FUCK SATRIANI AND HIS LAWYER!! WHAT A WHINER!
  8. It's just fucking incredible!
  9. Heard DAAHF in the background of another one of their bios tonight! I guess someone putting those together for NBC likes Coldplay!
  10. I'm not trying to bash the band. I was just whining a little. Yes, I do travel to see Coldplay. Always have and always will. But, traveling is expensive, and I do know other fans who just can't afford it. DC and Atlanta are the closest venues to North Carolina, and there's no way for a fan from NC to see Coldplay without spending quite a bit of money on gas and at least one night in a hotel. It's just a minor whine; I didn't mean to piss anyone off. I was just hoping that if they added more tour dates that one of them may be in NC. And, not so much for me even, but for other NC fans who aren't able to travel so far to see Coldplay.
  11. It's great that they've added more shows, but why in the exact same cities they've already performed or were already scheduled to perform in?? Geez, they do actually have fans in other parts of the "US of A" for Christ's sake.............
  12. I have one extra ticket for this show in Sect 118 Row 1. PM me if you're interested.
