Yay! I knew that Coldplay was slated for Conan OBrien on December 7, but I didn't know they are gonna be on Leno on December 12!! What a nice surprise! You know what I'll be doing late on those nights! :)

WEIRDEST thing ever... a day or two after I read this topic and the posts in it, I was at work at Linens N Things, which plays a mix of very new stuff, 90's, 80's, 70's and such, and when Speed of Sound first came out, I remember hearing it while working quite a few times, but now I don't hear it at all anymore (that I can catch over other nearby noises)... and so now the Christmas music is going, I am in the receiving area in the back, and what should I hear but the first few piano notes from "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas"!!! I stopped DEAD in my tracks, and thought "Ok wait, this could be someone else, not Coldplay", but lo and behold, it was the Coldplay version!! A HUGE smile spread across my face, I couldn't believe it!! It was awesome! I just cannot wait until I hear that song again at work! :) That's my Coldplay song story :)

I have the choice (thankfully!) of 2 seating options at the Vancouver show, seating chart can be seen here: http://www.ticketmaster.ca/seatingchart/139269/14153 Which would be better seats, for those who have been at this venue before? Also, for those who haven't, what do you think would be a better view?? I'm having such a choosing dilemma! Please help!

The Safety EP has Bigger Stronger on it, as well as The Blue Room EP, and I was wondering, is it the same version of the song on the 2 seperate albums? Or are there 2 versions, like Brothers & Sisters?

My oldest sister saw them in concert in Vancouver during their AROBTTH tour, and after the concert, her and her friend drove around to different hotels in Vancouver, trying to find Coldplay. After visiting several hotels, they tried one more hotel, and low and behold, as they were walking towards the exit of the hotel, who should walk towards them but all 4 of the guys!! Kathy (my sister) was in complete shock, and basically said to them that she was at the concert and thought they were amazing and such. AND THEN, this part makes me LAUGH cause my sister is such a GEEK, she honestly says to them "So do you guys want to go out for a drink?" and of course Chris says "thanks, but we've got another show tomorrow night, so we've gotta go up to our rooms." So instead she got them to sign her ticket stub, and said goodnight!! I can actually say that my sister was rejected by Coldplay :P When she told me this story, I couldn't believe my ears, but it wasn't such a huge deal to me because I wasn't as into Coldplay then as I am now... but remembering her telling me this is something worth sharing!

What the HECK is Chris doing when the rest of them break out in their instrument playing? Flailing about helplessly?? hahahahh! Did anyone catch that the robot was talking the words he was singing backwards? hahahaha clever!

I just have a general questions about all these songs I've recently downloaded from live concerts... how abouts do you guys record songs from the concerts? What is it you use to record? Simple tape recorders? I'm dying of curiousity, especially since a lot of the recordings sound crystal clear! Thanks!

Alright, this may be the STUPIDEST question ever, but does anyone know who sings along with Chris in this song? I was thinking "Hey... this isn't coldplay" but further listening proved it to be Chris, but who is the other guy singing with him? If it is someone else from the band, I'll feel so stupid! Apart from LOVING this song, I agree with Mr Brightside, White Shadows sounds great for the radio, the first time I heard it, I definately thought that it sounded great for the radio. I wish it does get released!

Hi! I'm trying to slowly download all the Coldplay b-sides, using this list here: http://www.coldplaying.com/page.php?file=/html/tracksearch/index.htm But I am having a hard time finding the "right" versions... I have 2 versions of "I Ran Away" that are both different lengths, but don't sound any different from each other... which version is right? Also, are there only live versions of some of the songs? Like I believe, "Proof" or "Animals"? So my question is, does anyone have a list of the b-sides WITH the lengths of the songs? Thank you to anyone who replies and helps me out! I will be checking in about once a day, please help out! Thank you! :)

I, as well, fell in love with this song the second I heard it... I had already fallen in looooove with "Your Love Means Everything" quite a long time before I heard "Where is my Boy", but they are both spine-tingling great songs! One thing though: Part one of "Your Love Means Everything" is actually just an instrumental, while the second part is with Chris and the vocals (I might have mixed the parts up). If you download Pts 1 and 2, they are the same, just one has words. "Where is my Boy" is just an added bonus ;)
