  1. The world requires balance..light and dark... bad and good... something like that would throw balance out of whack. Besides, you've seen Crash I hope :D . Makes it a tad more difficult when stereotypes get in place too
  2. Motoi replied to Best u Can's topic in The Lounge
    I suggest not :D
  3. Coldplay is joining the copy protection craze, particularly cause they think that itll help stop piracy with music downloading, but the reality is itll probably make it worse. Eventually they'll take it off
  4. lol Nicely put
  5. Whats your least favorite subject, or was for that matter? I know mine is definitely French :-D. I can never focus :smug:
  6. Someone really wants a lock here eh :D . Regardless, the next B-Sides will be excellent like always.
  7. I believe in fate and destiny, and I suppose luck sometimes, but superstition is kinda silly.
  8. lol What would he trade a dog? :D
  9. If you could play any instrument you wanted with great skill, what would you pick? Personally, I'd say the guitar :D . Its such a versitile instrument, plus the piano is cool too, but I'm already pretty good at it.

The CGI team was incredible. The jungle scenes were shot with props, but in front of green screens also. Later that added even more digital jungle to the movie, but you don't even notice. This team is definitely getting the Oscar this year.
  11. lol Everybodys got different tastes, but I Like The Hardest Part. Why not support Coldplay eh?
  12. I think The Hardest Part is a perfect choice. Square One and Swallowed in the Sea are both great songs, but The Hardest Part has a lot of energy right from the beginning of the song. I think this is a really brave choice by Coldplay that should be respected by everyone.
  13. Yeah one of the miners left a note to his family saying "It wasn't bad. Just Slept." Its really heartbreaking
  14. The surviving miner is in stable condition, thank god. At least we have a miracle still kept alive.
  15. Monday morning, an explosion rattled West Virginia and its townsfolk. The worst was realized: An explosion had just occurred within the mine. Many miners escaped to the relief of family and friends, yet 13 remained in the mine. The worst was feared: A rescue crew entered the dark mine searching for the 13 others, while scientists drilled into the Earth directly above the miner's site to try and get contact, and to find out how corrupt the air quality was. Hope was contained: Footsteps were found in this mine, and the rescue team followed them. Hope was ultimately lost: The body of a miner was found, the cause of death being the explosion. The air quality was filled with carbon monoxide, and family members mourned. A Miracle: The rescue team, being 13,000 feet into the Earth, found the 12 miners together, and a call was made up above the ground. The call said that 12 miners were alive. Rejoice: Family members and friends cried out in joy and laughter was spread in pure happiness. CNN's Anderson Cooper was there with a family, experiencing this joy. Hours Later: The governor walked into the church where the family and friends were, yet the mood wasn't right. He seemed saddened. The Miracle Was Not: Only 1 miner had survived. The rest had perished. Anger among the town was unbearable. Family simply left the church. The same family came to Anderson Cooper to break the news to him. The two children were crying. The miner is currently in critical condition, and I can only imagine what he went through with the other 11 miners. The supposed miracle was a communication breakdown. Tonight has been a horrible turn of events. This is the true story of the miracle that was not. May the 12 miners rest in peace.

I know the "immature" kids never take serious movie moments seriously. I try to block them out of my mind. When I went to see it, there was this old guy coughing every 5 minutes. Annoyed the crap out of me!

  20. Lost cant be compared to! Its even better than 50%+ movies that are out there
  21. While it was just a bit long in the last scenes, I really loved this movie. The effects are amazing, especially the long string of escape scenes that the cast goes through. Its like ..... :stunned: ...... wowww. While the original King Kong was more focused on the brute force of Kong, the new Kong feels pure love for Naomi Watts and its just such an emotional movie to watch. I say go watch this movie!
  22. Moses would be really really really great. Just the energy of it is enough to make my day a whole lot better

I recently got a PSP. Unfortunately, my iTunes music store songs cannot be put onto the PSP because of the whole "You can only use the iPod with them" factor. If theres a way to take this protection off, I'd be greatly appreciative of tips. If there isn't, I'd be really really really greatful if someone could upload or email the songs to me at [email protected]. I've already searched the forum for these also. Things I Don't Understand Proof Poor Me (Fix You Single) Moses Live 2003 Thanks again!
  24. I just listened to the new Gravity yesterday. Beautiful piece
