Well generally you don't have to pay too much (if you pay at all) when you're young because you don't make very much, and the government takes money out of your paycheck right away for taxes anyway. But somehow last year I ended up owing money. :( But you have to file whenever you get any kind of official job, so I've been filing since I had my first part-time job at 15! :\
