I knew that! :P Languages are something I'm really interested in, but was just never really given the chance to study, so I get so jealous of people who can speak more than one language! :embarassed: Haha, Dutch seems like such a confusing language! At least Spanish, French, and English have some similarities!

I tried to kick her out Chavi, but the residence life people didn't let me! So they gave me a new roommate who is a freshman (I'm in my 3rd year) and there is just a huge difference in the maturity level between us. :dozey:

You're telling me! I am counting down the days until I can move my stuff out of this stupid dorm room with this stupid roommate and into our awesome house with my huge bedroom all to myself!!!! :P

yeah, that's why I like my school-- it's public, and all the rich kids go to the private schools, so everyone here is kind of on the same level that way. A lot of my friends go to private schools and from what I've seen of their schools, it's true that a lot of people there just like to show off their wealth with things like clothes and cars. There's definitely something comforting about seeing all the other cars in the parking lot that are just as old and beat-up as yours! :lol:

And I'm getting a bargain! Private colleges (which most of my friends go to, as they have better reputations) cost upwards of $40,000 a year! The school I go to is really one of the cheapest you can get (well, to be clear, those costs include stuff like living here on the campus and meals, things like that-- but without that it's still around $13,000-ish a year). I'll be saving a lot of money next year renting a house and living off campus! It really is ridiculous... health care here is the same way... but I don't want to think about that right now. :dozey: But pretty much everyone here is seriously in debt when they graduate from college, luckily my parents had enough money saved up to pay for 4 years at a public school, but when I go to get my master's degree I am going to have to take out serious loans! And cheapo weddings are way better anyway! :lol: That's fantastic Joe!! It's probably even better to go back to a place you've worked at before, you don't have to be the "new guy" anymore and you'll already know your way around and everything! :)

Or maybe I'd have a really small, informal wedding. It might just be the practical part of me talking, but weddings can be sooooo expensive and I can't justify to myself spending so much money on something like that! Unless someone else wanted to pay for it... then it'd be a different story entirely! :P And those converse are really cool!
