i think that the youth is actually one of the most informed about all the risks. geting both partners tested is a rare thing to happen, but young ppl use protection more than the older ones that just dont have the information we have. Another big problem is education. How can u expect a person that doesnt even know how to write their own names to get to understand that they need to use condoms?

One of the problems is the lack of information ppl have... and other than that, in poor countries like the ones in Africa and even here in Brazil there should be a distribution of condoms and all... Here we religion also plays a big part on taht coz because the country is still so religious and the religion is strong its not easy to just go and distribute condoms around...
