I can't believe you actually said that! Jupiler, Stella, even Primus is worth so much more than any German beer. And of course our 'trappisten' like Westmalle, Westvleteren, Chimay, Orval and Rochefort. Everybody must try one of these one day. No kidding :nice:

1978: Mass suicide in Jonestown Cult leader Jim Jones and hundreds of his People's Temple followers commit mass suicide in Guyana. Jones, an American pastor, led his followers to South America in 1977 and set up an agricultural commune called Jonestown in remote northwestern Guyana. On November 14, 1978, U.S. Congressman Leo Ryan arrived in Jonestown with a group of journalists to investigate the commune. Four days later, Jones--who some Temple members believed was God--ordered Ryan and his companions ambushed and killed at the airstrip as they attempted to leave. The congressman and four others were murdered. Later that evening, Jones directed his followers in a mass suicide. Hundreds drank a cyanide-laced fruit-flavored concoction in a clearing in Jonestown. Those who tried to escape were chased down by Jones's lieutenants and shot. The final toll was 913 dead, including 276 children. Jones died of a gunshot wound in the head, possibly self-inflicted.

I'm in the army myself. I've got to say that on some points you're right. Eventually we're supposed to be killing machines, and we will be. But don't think that we live for killing, the army from these days is more for peace-keeping than for anything else. But if people shoot us ... no matter who ... we'll have to shoot back, not thinking of the people you're shooting. That's why they put targets on training that looks as much like a real man as possible. To make the soldier think that he's still on training when he's actually shooting human beings. There are many other ways to make us think that. But I won't explain them all here. What these guys did is wrong. Nobody will disagree with that, even those guys know that that they're wrong, and don't underestimate the punish that they got. These guys are just under so much pressure. They know, as mrcool011 and brandon313 said, that they could get killed every minute. The things they do and see there (what none of the american civilians will ever see) is horrible, it creates scars in their mind which will never go away. Some guys can't handle that and start beating up random people. They should be removed from the army.

Aaah, wonderful day. First we ran 8 km in the pouring rain at a nice tempo of 15 km/h in the forest. I was quite wet, to me it was as if I was carrying 5 liters of extra weight because of the water in my shoes, t-shirt, pants, anything. Then we had a Dutch synthesis. It was pretty good I think. And then we had a whole afternoon of eating and drinking with everybody from school to honor the king:P. I like that king, yup, he should be celebrated a bit more.

Whoa! When I looked at the pics (of Dana International) I thought it was a rather good looking woman. Fuck that man :P And somethings seriously wrong with that Julian Clary. :confused: :laugh4:
