  1. Did anyone see this article: http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/08/14/1060588518348.html Very interesting stuff from Chris...mind you, I think he has acted like this before... Would anyone know where I could get a bootleg of the Edmonton show?
  2. I am a huge U2 fan and love their live shows. Coldplay is not as mature as U2 and not as sexy as Bono's earlier stuff (or Larry for that matter). But Coldplay does have a unique live show. It is mostly youthful energy, and some forms of innocence. Mostly, I like their sound and their talk about lost and lived loves. But U2 would rock Coldplay out in terms of big and loud and pop-ish. Coldplay is just like watching your friend's band hit the stage...and maybe that is why I like them.
  3. Did anyone get the MP3?
  4. The world of the rich and famous! Yet they are so normal...I love it!
  5. Do any of you have the TO mp3's? :D
  6. I totally agree with you two! But I feel that a person should know when they have screwed up, and he won't know if no one reads this post and makes a big stink about it. After all, why would he care unless the masses say anything? You know what I mean??!!
  7. YUP...I thought the Music were good enough to do their own North American tour. I bet they will go a long way.
  8. I know what you mean about "The Music"...they are stuck in my head too. I hope they come back to Canada. As for Security, I thought they were pretty relaxed (they didn't check anyone's cameras)...and I prefer security to be more relaxed that "thugish". Oh...and Johnny's deep voice was really loud. It was cool to hear him so clearly.
  9. So what are your plans? If it were me, I would have my clothes picked out, stuff to sign etc. I am just curious b/c I dont' have the luck to meet people, so I can only imagine. It just sounds like so much fun. :D Hey...what did you think of "The Music"
  10. I know...I met four people who met Chris throughout the day...and NONE of them recognized him!!! Chris also gave them backstage passes. Some people have all the luck.
  11. which show were you at? And who opened for them?
  12. Boob shot ammie! It has been viewed over 100 times already. How come those knockers didn't get us any closer to Backstage passes? I liked Jess' pictures...good call on the camera. I can't believe how pumped up I am over the whole thing still. And I really fell in love with "The Music" too. What a show! I made my roomie watch a LAUNCH live video of "The Music" b/c their album & regular videos show none of their energy or Robert's dancing. Jess--do you have all the luck with meeting and greeting with music stars!!!
  13. Jess, When are you going to TO to dine with the kings? Do you know what you are going to be doing (and whatever will you get signed?)
  14. I think standing is best...but standing in a space where people aren't stealing each other's oxygen! On the floor, it was so tight, I decided to hit the stands (this is in Edmonton) b/c I was still close enough to see his facial hair, yet could move w/o passing out. Who can sit anyway...the stands are only for giving people room when they stand and dance! ;)
  15. I couldn't tell what he did with the harmonica. It looked like he put it down somewhere strange...I couldn't really figure it. Chris not only bought the hiking boots he wore for the show...but he also bought two others to play in (he said)...a white pair...and some other.
