U2
Electric Co. is a great song. They performed it on the Vertigo Chicago DVD and it rocked. I hadn't listen to 'Boy' in an age before seeing them perform it on the DVD. an_cat - I love that pic in your signature - I had it as my desktop wallpaper for a while!

Any Bell X1 fans in here?
I have heard bits of their stuff and I like what I hear. They did a fantastic version of U2's Heartland also which is

Most Annoying Actors/Actresses
I agree with Jim Carey - at least in roles where he is pulling funny faces. Though he was ok in Eternal Sunshine - he should do more roles like this. I also have an intense dislike Adam Sandler - particularly in that film Big Daddy

What are the worst singers/bands ever??
Oh no - lots of people hate Madonna and Elton  - Elton rocks - particularly his earlier stuff. As for me - I dislike stuff like Mariah Carey, Celine Dion - her voice in particular is like nails down a blackboard to me. I am not a fan of hip-hop and gangsta rap in general - particularly the way it portrays women :( - though with notable exceptions such as Nas, Kanye and Beastie Boys...

U2
Pop is a great album - Mofo, Gone, Discotheque, Staring at the Sun... all fantastic. It is probably the U2 album I listen to the most. The Chicago Vertigo DVD is great also - a good choice. Their Slane Castle DVD is the best out of all their concert stuf though - this is definitely worth getting.

Hello!
I have just joined and thought I'd introduced myself. My name is Vikki and I am a student. I have only fairly recently discovered Coldplay, partly due to the fact that my mum (who's 65!) bought X&Y!! However, I have since bought their albums and working my way through getting hold of some of their B-sides and other releases. I only wished I had got into them sooner, as have not yet been able to see them live  Hopefully, one day though! Anyway, a big hello to everyone!
