woha.. :O oh yeh it happened to me more often when I was younger too.. but when it comes it will annoy me at least for 3 days.. once my nose bloed so much that I had to take a blue t-shirt and hold it under my nose.. my nose stopped bleeding after about 30 min and the t-shirt was all purple..

you can with www.keepvid.com and then you should have a FLV encoder to change the file type.
