Sometimes I tell to myself to be more independent, but I can't. I always depend of other people. But when I see that the relationship is a bit calm or colder I start to think that this person is moving over from me. And I start to think about the reason and finally I decide it's my fault. Do you think this is related with insecurity?

Sometimes I think it's not good to be emotionally united to some people because when you lose it you feel bad... It has happened sometimes to me in real life. And most of the time I think it's my fault... :(
