When were they again? time and place? are they performing? anyone have any guesses to what they might perform? maybe they will forgo "Talk" and shake it up with a collaboration with michael stipe and sing "in the sun". or they might unveil their new single,whether if be thp or white shadows... hopefully they get a nice break from teh tour so that way chris can rest up his voice a bit so its not so strained ps sorry about the double post, i didnt want it to be in just the coldplay live section....

i loved him jumping around and being crazy. its entertaining to see somone crawl on stage and run around.... and after watching the vid right now, it didn't seem so bad to what i thought it sounded like when i watched it on tv. but hey, all in all i think talk was a good performance... and im sure that they will get some well deserved rest especially after the tour. he's gonna have 2 babies and thats alot to handle. so next album, who knows, maybe 2-3 years? i dunno if i can wait! lol

yah the grammys always pick favs and i think that this year it was u2, even though it was an old album... and isnt it weird and messed up that they won album of the year AND rock album? i mean honestly, throw me a freaking bone.... give the rock to coldplay, they deserve it

good point. they mightve. i wouldve, mayeb id stay for some of the performances. but the minute that mariah carey woudlve come on stage, id be out the door. lol

yah im lucky that i saw him in like the 3rd date and 4th date of the show both in sac or san jose. he sounded WONDERFUL then, now his voice is getting al ittle raspy.... but he is perfect no matter what he does. i like it no matter what

lol he totally laughed at his own joke, i liked it.... :D and i liked how chris was just jumping around everywhere and beign odd. it was so him, just being crazy :lol: :lol:

yah i imagine back to back shows will do that to ya. it must be hard, performing live on the grammys after almost 3 days in a row of performing.

yah they probably will. and i do agree that chris martin is epic... lol i like that it has a nice ring to it

im not surprised, u2 has seniority... and since it is the grammys, that is almost more important than content

yah i bet that coldplay probably is really tired and that they just fel tthat they might as well just perform talk just the same way they perform it on tour. i dont blame em i would do the same if i was in their position... but i still think they did good and even though they didnt win, in a couple more years i am sure they will be up again for their 4th album and we will be here talking about how crappy it was when they didnt win before :lol:

who opened the show?

well i got home just in time to see coldplay perform and i liked it. i dont think chris sounded that great, but visually and musically teh band did well. and the lights were very pretty. too bad they didnt win anything though. they deserved something if kelly clarkson won something... lol

well at least they performed early so i dont have to suffer watching the whole thing
