yup, that's the whole point. it's their problem if they're 13-year-olds posing in poses which are good only for porn movies, but third parties shouldn't just use the photos without any permission.

hm, i wouldn't say he's bad, i think he has a good voice, but he's a "rocker". and the producers made him pop-ish. though he wasn't famous before that talent show.
