So no one has any idea on how to possible meet them after the show?

is anyone going to try and meet them after the concert?

I would record it.. but i'm away so i won't be able to. And yeah, they recorded it when the band were here in New Zealand.

Just a heads up that Chris Martin will be on Jono's New Show on c4, at 8.30pm on Monday night. Looks to be quite funny, i've never seen the show before.

Lol i got to the concert and was looking everywhere for where they were going to go for the acoustic set, they went to basically where i was sitting! - on the other side lol. I hate how getting seat tickets is all about luck lol. Some of my photos, taken with a phone (because my camera couldn't take photos): LOL they don't really compare to everyone else's great photos.

It was in our Sunday newspapers, it wasn't like in gossip pages or anything. It was kinda just saying to NZers, look!! He likes New Zealand! They did say the whole thing 5 years ago was a rumour, so i don't think they are trying to stir gossip or anything. I didn't type up the bit where is says about other celebrities who have partied in auckland and things. We are a small country, this is exciting for us! :)

After Thursday night's concert for 12,000, Martin went out on the town with kiwi support singer Hollie Smith. The pair have struck up a strong friendship, and her boyfriend TV and radio presented Clarke Gayford says they plan to keep in touch. The band signed a thank-you card for Smith and gave her an expensive champagne before the group headed out to Mea Culpa on Ponsonby Rd after Thursday night's gig. Gayford says Martin jumped at the chance to mix some cocktails with Smith behind the bar. "You don't often find people that are genuine," Gayford, 32, said. "He's like any other decent Kiwi guy. He was down-toearth ... really lovely." Martin is married to movie star Gwyneth Paltrow. The couple have two children, Apple and Moses. Martin also recorded a video message for Gayford to persuade Tourism Queensland he would make a perfect caretaker of a tropical island. Gayford, a former C4 presenter applied, along with 35,000 other applicants, for the dream job of looking after Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef. He is among 50 applicants to make the short-list for the job that would see him living in a $4 million house for six months and earning $193,000. c4 presenter Shavaughn Ruakere also partied with the group on Thursday but Gayford would not be drawn on rumous Martin and the gorgeous brunette were catching up nearly five years after first meeting in London Bar. A source said Martin left Ruakere tickets to his London concert but she was unable to attend. That night he met his current wife. Out of interest, did anyone else get really worried about Chris at the end of 42?? I thought oh yep, having us on, but then he kept breathing really weirdly and in pain, and it looked like he was gonna fall off his chair, i freaked out to my mum haha "Oh my god!!! There is something seriously wrong with him!!!" and then he belted out that really long note..

set list was the same i think, except they didn't do speed of sound acoustic, they did Will's song (which apparently he wrote while Chris Martin was playing cricket for New Zealand (cuz we have a bowler named chris martin) :P)

well the concert was great!!! The boys were great! (loved the part when Chris asked Jonny if he was in love, and he replied YEAH! And Chris was like, "you are f***ing awesome!". The crowd.. oh boy, nz crowds need to work on being.. a crowd. I was really excited about the viva la vida mix where everyone waves their phones and sings along... yeah... didn't quite happen. I think chris kinda thought the same.. when he wasn't expecting a yes when he asked how the crowd was.. still, a great concert!! got some good videos

haha i've been watching youtube videos from aussie to get into the mood (i think i'm just on a complete high now) and listening to coldplay songs Oh someone won that morefm competition this morning, i tried ringing 100 times, someone called Linda won it.

2 Sleeps to go!! Hoping the audience is gonna be good! I've got seats, and i'll def want to stand up and dance, so hopefully i don't have any buzz-kills behind me. Wish i could go both nights!

you guys gonna take cameras? i never know if we can or not.. i'm wondering if i should try with my mums, its real bad quality anyway that if it got taken off us it wouldn't really matter..

Yeah its already been on in aussie (on youtube, i was impatient and watched it), its just an interview but great interview. One week to go!

haha the competition isn't 24/7, its running mon-fri, 8am-5pm. Only one person can win so i'm guessing they'll do the back to back on thursday or something. 9 days to go!

I'm so excited! Only week and a half to go! BTW, morefm have a competition to meet and greet the band etc, you have to listen out for two coldplay songs back to back, then be caller 9. (morefm is 91.8) I'm trying to listen out for them :D

I'm going to start teaching myself the guitar, i was searching on google and there seems to be lots of tutorials on google and youtube, i don't think it should be THAT hard to pick up.. i hope. I already play piano so i know about musical theory etc. But yeah, there are loads of tutorials on google and youtube.

yeah mine took a while to get too, but got mine the other day. Anyone know whose supporting? I've seen in some of the ads that the concert includes 'special guests'. I doubt it will be anyone too special.. i think the best band to support coldplay from nz would probably be opshop

got my tickets, not sure about the seats, i got the best i could get. :/ Anyone know the seats really well there? I got lower bowl, row p, seats 188 and 189
