ill have to listen to it. but it might be the tremolo bar or a wah wah pedal. the only thing is is that jonny doesnt use a tremolo bar live sooo..check out the jonny's pedal board thread

i have the book man thats not right. and just a tip you dont have to tune your e string down to a D. just place the capo over all the strings except the high E. if u tune it to a d and then place a capo2 its an e sooo, just dont cover the e string and u dont have to mess with detuning.

i dont think any of coldplays stuff is hard at all. jonny is a great guitarist and everything but hes no guitar genius. if u look at all his music alot of it is just striking one note for a couple measures. thats why i think jimmy page is one of the greatest cause if u sit down and look at his stuffyou can tell he really put thought into his songs.I'm not saying that jonny doesnt but... Dont get me wrong i love coldplay and im a die-hard fan but i personally think that jonny's and chris's stuffs not difficult, except for chords like 10,12,12,10,10,0 like they use in the scientist and dont panic seeing that i dont have huge hands like they do.

i had a copy at one time but i dont have it anymore. alot of the songs were fine i thought. do u have the official book?

i am going to buy a acoustic electric guitar this week and i was wondering a couple things. Can i still use my electric guitar cable and amp for the A-E. Also, Can i use just regular acoustic strings, becuase i have seen acoustic electric strings at my local guitar shop and i am just about the buy a 10 pack of strings so i dont want to waste money if i can t use them. please respond asap. thxs alot in advance
