  1. Chris used to use a Kawai MP9000 keyboard a Yamaha GT20 stage piano. Not sure if he is still currently using these. I know that Kawai just came out with a new version, the MP9500. My guess is, if he is a devoted Kawai guy, he would update. But that's just me. As for the guy who was talking about Politik chords. Right chords, but no need for the capo. A7 and Dm w/ a capo on the 3rd fret are simply C7 and Fm chords. Rid the capo and play C7 and Fm. It will sound so much better!! I promise this is how it is played on album and live.
  2. Gibson ES 335. Very nice guitar. I have one that is about 15 years old! Get great jazzy tones out of it, as with all semi-hollow bodied guitars.
  3. anyone know the tuning and chords used in this song??? I am pretty sure that it is open A tuning (same as See You Soon). Just curious if anyone knew anything else??
  4. Does anyone know the tuning and chords used in this song??????????
  5. There were a few hundred misprinted chordbooks that made it to the market and were sold. This is the chordbook that contains all of the lyrics and chords to all the songs from their debut album Parachutes plus every song from The Blue Room E.P, Brothers & Sisters, Shiver, Yellow and Trouble CD singles. This is just a chord songbook!! NOT TAB!!! Let me know if you have one of these books and I can tell you if your book is one of the few misprints!!!!
  6. This is probably one of my favorite Coldplay songs, period!! The lyrics are so powerful and heartful and the music has an eerie, spacy tone that is unremarkable. I was just wondering if anyone knew how Chris tunes his guitar to play this song and any of the chord formations used.
