  1. Have a wonderful time everyone, I will be with you in spirit .
  2. I wish, I could stay here at mum and dad's as long as I wanted of course but can't really afford to change my train ticket for Thursday afternoon which is train specific. I also do paid cleaning for a friend on Friday next week. C'est la vie :(
  3. Well I hope everyone who gets a chance to go has a fabulous time, this of course is the day I return home to Cornwall FROM London! Story of my life :(
  4. Mhmm, isn't there a group we joined once  Sorry I've been AWOL lately, things haven't exactly been easy just now :( and I was at my internet-less daughter's house on Friday and yesterday, Saturday we were in Exeter!! IT'S A CAPITAL CITY!!! :) Shame it was only for a knitting show but still nice to breathe the Chrissy air and look at "Martin's Lane" etc etc. Hope everyone is ok and enjoying the weekend.
  5. Wow, I'm speechless!!! Congratulations. :)
  6. Well it is half term this week so it's highly likely they are having time off to spend with their families .
  7. Hi girls, long time no see and nice to meet you Wisna and well done for meeting Chris twice , lucky girl, your photos are great. Sorry I haven't been around for a while, I'm having a tricky time at the moment but I think about you all (and Chris) every day.:chris::kiss:
  8. Thanks for the reviews it sounds like a fantastic evening. Poor Mcfly, they are so much better than your average boy band, I used to wind my daughters up by saying their names were Tom, Dick , Harry and whatshisname but at least they play their own instruments, write their own songs and have got genuine talent and they were great live (apart from the eardrum splitting screaming of the fans haha) I'm sorry we and Coldplay.com didn't win but we know we are the best so that's all that matters in the end :)
  9. Oh what a shame :( Sounds like a great night though (apart from Nikki Graham) and being on Miller's table was fantastic. McFly are great, I saw them live at Butlins with my girls once
  10. First concerts: several free concerts in our local park in the 1970s with people you might not have heard of.. Thin Lizzy, Mungo Jerry, Hawkwind, Pink Fairies, Atomic Rooster, 10cc, Arthur Brown, Judas Priest, Fairport Convention ,The Damned, The Bay City Rollers (eeek) First concert that I paid for Roxy Music 1973 Finsbury Park Rainbow London Last Concert Ash summer this year just down the road! I'm seeing Roxy Music again next February so have come full circle with Bryan now a pensioner
  11. They are still touring at the moment I think and the last A-Z single is out soon so after that maybe they will concentrate on Slashed Part 2 a bit more (lives in hope :) )
  12. Thanks, I'll think about it. Hmm Nicky singing haha bless him , I think he shouldn't give up the day job! :) I love "It's not War " but I keep wanting to sing " There by the Grace of God" as it really reminds me of that and another track I've forgotten which one reminds me of Masses against the Classes. It's brilliant that the album is doing so well though, don't forget Channel 4 tonight 12.25 Manics programme :)
  13. Well I wasn't planning on selling it but if I did well the invoice says "Exclusive signed copies" on it so it's all good. Anyone who got the 2 disc edition, is it worth the extra, are the demos any good?
  14. Maybe but was yours signed :)
  15. Sorry to be a pain but can you please add The Domino State to the list. Thank you :kiss: http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39936
  16. Grr, double post so I shall talk about how much I loved it when they played in Truro on the SATT tour and several people had "I'm just a pasty" banners  Edited to add.... My CD just arrived , a signed one from Play.com, can't wait to listen
  17. Got my dispatched e mail so hopefully my cd should come tomorrow or Tuesday, can't wait! Loved them on Jools Holland the other night. :)
  18. Yes congratulations to everyone reaching "milestone" posting numbers, and who's "Chris Marting" ? (On the Youtube video above )
  19. Hi Nicky, true but they do say that fish is good brain food and I certainly need a lot of that at the moment ! :)
  20. Haha good spot!! Mine's like that too, my mum said it's great for putting the salt in when you eat fish and chips in bed!! Can't say I've ever tried it though :)
  21. Yes, you're all right, any Chris is just fine  :chris::kiss:
  22. Hi Daiana, thanks for your lovely Brazillian pictures. I have a friend who was at those concerts too and she promised me a dvd of her best pictures, I'm still waiting to see it but when I get it I'll share those too. Am I the only one who prefers "skinny" Chris? Not when he was too thin of course but when he was not as muscly?
