to me, it has the same kind of rising throughout as AICTAIY where it happens very slowly and naturally until you get to the end and you realize that you've been like brought up without even knowing and then the song ends :weary_face::sob:

yes! and they still blend together somehow, none of them really feel out of place - again, except that SJLT is live. i feel like if it was the studio version it would still fit in.

before watching the lyric video for SJLT i could not tell that Chris sings Achilles and then Hercules and not Achilles twice :joy:

really, the whole EP is kinda a perfect showcasing of the evolution of CP, an amalgamation of their past while still adding something new to it

i also was really BLOWN AWAY hearing Miracles SS for the first time

oh, AICTAIY i love it so much, it's just an incredible experience listening to it i know i said it after the EP first came out, but to me it feels like AICTAIY starts with all four of them just doing their own things and then slowly throughout the song, the whole band comes together to play one thing and just acnjeioajcdjaghacda :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

the song that may replace A Message as my favorite CP song... but i'm not sure yet...

i am so pumped for KEP Coldplay always puts out perfect EPs.... except that i wish they had the studio version of SJLT instead of the live version, but anyway :P

i remember him saying that Noel did his version of Jonny's solo, which was Jonny trying to sound like Noel... so i just assumed that it meant more like they both kept their actual style but were trying to capture the spirit of the other, if that makes sense? and the first solo definitely is Jonny's style and the second is definitely Noel's. at least that much is certain :joy:

i think Up&Up says/does best exactly what CP tried to say/do with every single other album ender also when they sang it at the Superbowl i almost cried, it was so great
