billy bob thornton's in monster's ball (with halle berry - the one she won the oscar for i think) and the man who wasn't there (the coen brothers). he's in loads more too but i'm not too good with remembering names - he used to be married to angelina jolie if that helps. and samuel l jackson's in tons, although i probably won't be able to remember the titles of them either - pulp fiction, a time to kill, 51st state? :?

"help is just around the corner" is a gorgeous song, and sounds sort of appropriate but maybe "everything's not lost" would be a more obvious choice. was it kind of sombre but uplifting? :?

well, normally i'd agree with you but i have gone through a real pj harvey/doves phase recently, and haven't actually listened to that much coldplay - i don't know what's happening to me :shock:

i saw the performance and that was it - missed the acceptance speech, but nevermind. :?
