I'm not saying that there's not going to be damage done on one end or another. Of course it affects everyone who works for them and it sucks. But at the same time the bailouts shouldn't be done by the government. What right do they honestly have to meddle into what companies survive or not? And how do you choose those companies or banks? How is that fair to the thousands of companies over the years that have gone under? What infuriates me most of all is the fact that even though all this happened neither Bush or Obama did a single thing to put any kind of accountability on these people, and they still run the companies! It's absurd and makes me think that it was all done to help their crony friends.

I agree. He appeals to not only Republicans, but Independents (which ultimately decides the elections), and some Democrats too. He is by far the candidate I want to see win.

I haven't had the chance to read the whole thread but I got to read the first post. My take on the story is that of course it sucks for him because of how much rejection and hatred has been aimed towards him. It's definitely not right that someone should go through that kind of intimidation and hatred. So for his story I have sympathy I guess. At the same time I find it to be extremely weird and also kind of stupid on his part. I mean we know how much homosexual persecution is constantly seen within the religious community. To me it doesn't make any sense as to why he would continue to be a pastor and still go through all of that. It's not his sexuality that is wrong, it's peoples thoughts on it that have been brought on by religion. And it is religion that's brought it on. If you think about it from a completely objective standpoint why should it matter what gender someone is attracted to? Is it honestly doing any physical harm? And also if people say it is an unnatural thing then why is it that animals in nature are homosexual as well? Is it just a coincidence? So to me I don't understand why he would continue to be part of a group that is against him. Even if it's because of what he believes, then be spiritual or something.

to me they're nothing too special. I mean I enjoy them still. I think these songs wouldn't be known if it wasn't by Thom Yorke... afterall Pitchfork featured them because of that.

I agree. I say pick something that you don't really care for or like. That way you won't get sick of it and since you already dislike it it'll make you more likely to wake up to turn it off.

very true. I mean neither are very mindblowing or anything. I like Stuck Together because it's pretty relaxed, but if you asked me to tell you how it goes after not listening to it for like 5 mins I couldn't tell you
