i know what your saying. To be quite frank viva la vida doesnt match up to their previous albums in my opinion. They have totally abandoned their altime best ablum parashoots for live performances it seems. I saw them a couple years ago in columbus and they played like green eyes , shiver, amsterdam....I think i should just feel grateful almost because by the looks of it were never going to hear those songs live again....Its more of the viva la vida / popular songs tour..i cant complain though all their songs are great...there will always be those songs that youde like hearing live one day....Ide do just about anything to hear see you soon or moses live

Yes they showed up ONLY on the general sale, that is the only time you will see Pit tickets is when they are on general sale, ide put my yearly salary on it that you'll NEVER see pit tickets on a ticketmaster or livenation presale. "what did the website and the seating map showed for the pre-sale? " The website and seating map for the pre sale only showed rsv1 ,rsv2 ,rsv3, and Lawn seats available. You can select and purchase any of these seats but the seations they gave you were basically the worst sections for your money. "I ask because tomorrow it's West Palm's general sale. I hope there will be a pit. Otherwise, I'll buy a pit ticket in Atlanta or DC, if they are still any left tomorrow." Good luck because youll need it. From what i understand i got lucky. Again, All i did was kept hitting refresh 5 minutes when the tickets went on sale on Livenation.com. Then the buy tickets link lit up where i was then able to click on then select my 'Pit' tickets on the next page which later made me $248.00 less richer but hopefully worth it.

Im sorry alsisla but i had meant no dis-respect to you what-so-ever when i reponded to your question. Its just my expression, i apoligize if you took it the wrong way. Hopefully after reading these posts it can give you a better idea on how to go about purchasing future coldplay tickets.

wow, looks like i really got lucky here...Well i know all my experience with presales from ticketmaster/livenation have always been crappy. The only presales ive ever had success with are the ones that were from the bands website which they no longer have. I can only say this enough times to the people in responce to my posts..for this experience with coldplay tickets it was"section 8" for presale and "Pit" for public sale. You pick which is the greater of the 2.

Just an update for everyone...I ended up getting pit tickets on livenation.com, clicked refresh until it reaced 12, selected pits was able to check out with them successfully, cya in pittsburgh

I JUST GOT PIT TICKETS EVERYONE!@!@#!!@ WOW AM I PUMPED Tickets: $195.00 Parking Fee: $12.00 Ticket Fee: $40.30 Total Ticket Charges for Event: $247.30 The Costs were certainly high, im still surprised i got them though. I just kept hitting refresh at noon and when it said pit i selected 2 and BOOM SHAKA LAKA!!!!! hahahaha, wow im so happy now...anyone else get em'?

What seats did you end up with? Not so smart to buy them today...thinking you got either lawn or sections 6,7,8 or 9.....if you would have waited until tomorrow(when they go on sale) you would have been better off getting great seats for the same money

I just tried the Pittsburgh show(still has presale) and the best offered were these crummy things Section 5, Row N, Seat # 19 Ticket Rush $97.50 I Cant wait till these go on sale tomorrow afternoon, im really hoping ill have better results from today/yesterday

Alright so i set my alarm this morning to wake up at 9:55am and make like a zombie to my computer(presale for the Pittsburgh show starts at 10am) I hop on the computer and keep clicking my refresh button until i see presale lit up. It directs me to the next page which i select ticket rush and paste in my passcode of "STRINGS" thinking ide get the best seats i select 2 under the highest priced amount tickets (97). I enter in the security key and click submit. Now this had taken me approx 10 seconds(that might actually be long , possibly 5-8 seconds if we get technical). Anyhow guess what seats i was given for being 'first in line'.... Section 6 row K..... Wait wait wait, Ok there are a total of 9 sections (10 including the PIT) for Pittsburghs Venue 'POST GAZETTE PAVIOLION'. Your telling me ...A coldplay fan who has never sat at the post gazette pavilion to see Coldplay further than Sections 1,2 and 3 (Front sections closer to the stage) that the best ticket you have to offer for 97 bucks is behind an entire section and row K? Heres another funny thing. They have an option to select RESV 3 (its a lower priced ticket for $35) and the seats i got were section 6 row Y. CAN ANYONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THE HECK SITTING 15 ROWS BEHIND ROW K IS WORTH 60 MORE BUCKS FOR A TICKET???? These Presales are a joke. All the vendors (who i like to call scalpers) RUIN it for everyone. Coldplay needs to have their own presale like that had bad in 2004 where if your a member of coldplay.com you can purchase"VIP" tickets that were within the 1st 15 rows of seeing them live...Hell for my money back then i got a X&Y tin, headphones and a tour badge that game extra with my ticket.... I know ticketmaster has auctions sometimes. Everytime ive ordered coldplay seats its either been there or Coldplay.com

Presale Yes!!! Their coming to Cleveland!,What great news to start my day... Would anyone happen to know if their doing a presale...Tickets show they go on sale 05/17/08,, When i click on get tickets im directed to the livenation websit.... I got a presale in 03 ....i got the vip package that came with a tin , headphones and a couple other things including 2nd row seats....This is pretty important if their having one or not
