  1. My confirmation email is timed at 10.39. Pleased for you fella but how is it first come first served if i registered first. Oh well, enjoy the gig mate, its sure to be a good one.
  2. I agree with this JD, ignore what I said above, you go for it mate. Its a once in a lifetime opportunity. Just make sure you mention Coldplaying.com
  3. Mate, please dont say that to him. While it might be true, he probably hears that every day and would probably appreciate it more if you just spoke to him on an even level rather than an excited little kid. I interviewed a footballer recently and 17-year-old lad went up to him and said he was his hero - the footballer was very embarressed and didnt really know what to say. I say that with as a fellow Coldplay fan rather than some idiot who is jealous.
  4. He's taking his girlfriend. She pays for the train, he supplies the ticket. Fair deal in my book.
  5. Wel done guys - especially Age Six Racer who has been on the brixton and BBC threads in the Coldplay Live section for the last week. I didnt win, but then again i didnt really expect to. Cant hide the disappoitment though. Have a fab time.
  6. Nothing here either. I dont know why I bother.:sneaky:
  7. Pair of tickets just sold on ebay for £50:veryangry2:
  8. My mates hate Coldplay. Only my brother likes them - he is actually the one who got me into them about six years ago.
  9. Takes the micky. My work is suffering because of it.
  10. Spot on fella. English band, yet we see them after America and Europe. Work that one out and stop moaning fool.
  11. Sorry my post didnt come across too well. I wouldnt be bitter towards the people who won - as long as they were fans, i'd just be bitter i missed out. Not aiming my disappointment at anyone in particular.
  12. Sounds bitter, but for those who missed out on brixton, would you be a bit gutted if those who got tickets for Brixton also won tickets for the BBC gig? I'd be very jealous and very bitter. I'm not ashamed to admit that.
  13. Exactly. Its simply a case of hitting the report button and explaining why you are reporting the item. It takes two minutes.
  14. Yep well done - i also reported one last night which seems to have been removed. These people would sell their own mother if they could get a decent price.
  15. I'm not even sure if we'll get an email. Because the gig happens outside of the four days mentioned in the email, i think people will just be sent tickets if they're lucky.
  16. So we've now moved from the Brixton thread to the BBC thread. Finger nails and toe nails have gone, so i've now stacked up on a large box of toffees to chew on.
  17. There is only one positive that I can take from this and that is the fact the show is live on the radio. Although saying that, I'll have to record it as I have now accepted two tickets to go and watch some Twenty20 cricket at Lords after missing out on Brixton.
  18. The jubilation of obtaining tickets for the o2 yesterday all of sudden turns into disappointment after missing out on this gig. I suppose its only fair others get to see them in a small venue after I saw them at the Koko for the X&Y album launch gig. Although i did have to queue up for nearly five hours early in the morning to get a ticket.
  19. Face Value £20? Lying git.
  20. I bought tickets for the NFL game (american football) at Wembley and any tickets appearing on ebay were taken down more or less straight away. Shame they cant do this for gig tickets.
  21. Agree - what a joke. We live in a society dominated by greed. That's what it is, plain and simple. People have been chewing nails, checking emails and generally working themselves up for this competition. Then comes along some muppet who doesnt give a toss advertising tickets on ebay. Its the ultimate kick in the balls.
  22. Molto bene. Bravo.
  23. Just got back from doing a few interviews. My inbox is empty. Oh well, december it is then.
  24. After Ticketmaster strangely put more tickets on sale yesterday, i can contribute to this thread after obtaining tickets. I cant wait.
  25. They've gone too.:)
