I think a lot of the reviews are jumping on the bandwagon in not giving it high marks because they all raved abouy X@Y when it first came out but then there was a bit of a backlash against it . I think this time it will work the other way round because once people hear it they will wonder what the hell the critics were listening to but dont worry having failed in not listening to it i think it is simply their best album yet buy quite a way

I think the sentence Coldplay remain thunderingly uncool sums up these reviews like coldplay should be singing about world affairs but thats the job of the newspapers i dont want to hear songs about drugs or people getting knifed and shot etc etc maybe the world has changed that much that songs about love and hope dont mean shit anymore and its a sad world

Any album you play constantly over a short space of time does become tedious having heard all the songs on Youtube 3 or4 times i will now wait till it comes out before hearing it again but on first impresions i am very very impressed

Each to the own but only having heard the songs on Youtube through shitty speakers this album is going to be on another level Lovers in Japan gave me such a wonderful warm feeling inside

Some people on youtube are saying the end part sounds like Barely Legal by the Strokes which it does but who cares
