A range of faulty toilet seats has resulted in the death of one person and injuries to at least six. Some 91 reports have been registered against Homecraft Rolyan Savannah seats, according to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Close to 25,000 of the seats, which carry AA211, AA2112L, AA2114Y and AA2114 product codes, are estimated to have been sold in the UK between May 2007 and January 2008. Officials are now calling for social care providers to be vigilant if they are looking after people using the product. The MHRA added that one woman was killed in an accident caused by a faulty seat, although it pointed out that the exact circumstances surrounding her death had not been made clear. "Six of the reports resulted in the person falling off the toilet because the toilet seat slipped. A Japanese woman who allegedly killed her virtual husband for divorcing her has been arrested. The 43-year-old was reportedly irate after being jilted by her cyberspace partner in the game Maplestory. Police claim the ditched piano teacher illegally accessed log-in details of the man playing her husband and killed off his character. The woman is in custody in Sapporo waiting to learn if she faces charges of illegally accessing a computer and manipulating data last May, reports the Associated Press. If charges are brought and she is convicted, the woman faces up to five years in prison. She had not plotted any revenge in the "real world", a police official apparently said. "I was suddenly divorced, without a word of warning. Yes it's sad but lot's of us have had traumatic lives but we don't use that as a tool to try and win tickets!!!!!!, This is a VIDEO COMPETITION and it is about THE VIDEO not how good your sob story is!, I know it is sad, but you know I have a point!, I've got a sob story, I nearly died when I was a baby, I had a disease which attacked my leg, and I've got loads of scars and last year I had to have an operation to have a cage on my leg FOR SIX MONTHS!, It was terrible, and I was in terrible pain BUT I'm not gonna put that in my video!!, I want to see Coldplay sooo much and that's why I am going to try and make the best video ever!!!!!!! :D
