[2016-09-03] Levi’s Stadium, SAN FRANCISCO, CA
These are what we just got. Great deal for premium floor seats. Not available on Ticketmaster. We were in premium floor seats in Chicago (both nights) and well worth the money especially as it includes free food and drinks (with beers around $10-12 each)

[2016-08-20] Rose Bowl, LOS ANGELES, CA
Keep checking every day as Chicago released new seats the final week of the show on a daily basis. If you find new floor seats (check the phone app as well as the website as they sometimes show better options) call ticketmaster and you can get them exchanged. if not make sure you find the relocation services at the show and see if they can help you out. They were really good for us in Chicago. And finally don't forget to try the ticket office a couple of hours before showtime. We were able to get front row seats closest to the center stage in Boston garden on the last tour 2 hrs before the show at the ticket office.

We had that issue in Chicago. They have a relocation team at the venue (we were there both nights but did not see the relocation team night 1 as they were in the other entrance to the field section). We explained that we bought our tickets specifically right by the B stage walkout and the change now has us a long way from it. They were really good and gave the info to a manager and she was able to get us 3 seats together 1 seat away from the new location of the B stage walkout. The relocation team did have a list of people and tickets ( i presume these were people who had complained to ticketmaster and were getting relocated). We hadn't but they were able to help us out though. it was night 2 in chicago so i think there were more available seats. good luck cheers wembley

Ticket Exchange Thread 2016 North America
I have a single ticket for Chicago Sat 23rd on the floor. Section C5 row 2. Should be great seats. No section directly in front of you so should be great views of the main stage and also the B stage. Only selling as we (wife, son and I) ended up getting some tickets in A2 this past week and the other tickets we had have already sold. Will sell for Face value $177. I am not charging TM fees or postage. Can meet in Chicago during day Saturday or at Soldier Field for cash or can mail priority before Tuesday. You would need to pay $15 extra for shipping and paypal fees if you are not in Chicago to make sure they get there on time (would mail by the end of day Tuesday) Message me.

Yep I'm pissed. Picked up 3 end of row tickets in section A2 (using the pick my seats) next to the B stage runway for Sunday and then less than an hour later the stadium configuration changes and now we are nowhere near it. TM website sucks right now and CS sucks too.

Looks like they updated the seating charts and C5 replaces C4. I've come to not trust seating charts too much and just figured 5 sections in C instead of 4 and figured we would be far left. But they are 2nd row tix so pretty unobstructed view for the wife and 16 yr old. We did happen to get front row seats on the floor a few years back at the Boston Garden and those seats can't be compared to so we'll just enjoy it for what it is this time. cheers wembley

[29-Jul-2012] Coldplay @ TD Garden, Boston, MA, USA
Great show at the garden and a great Boston vacation; we got to see Liverpool play, and then train with lots of autographs. Saw Coldplay from front row and then caught the Red Sox in action. Check out my story for the show here: http://coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?p=5377176&posted=1#post5377176 and here is the balloon my son got: cheers wembley

Have tickets been released on the day of show?
Well I can vouch for day of show tickets. We were in Boston on vacation ( to see Liverpool play at Fenway ). Had no tickets formcoldplay on Sunday but checked the box office when they opened at 11am Sunday. Only behind the stage for 3 seats. We checked back in at 4 after coming Back from walking bunker hill on our way to the feast in little Italy. Same seats behind tHe stage but the box office guy suggested that ticket drops usually happen around 2 hrs before show time and recommended 5pm. So we went away and I came back at 5 but didn't get much joy with 3 seats. A couple in front of me were pretty happy so I tried again for 2 seats and they had 2. Floor section C' row 1, seats 15 and 16. Wahoo!! Only trouble was I needed 3 seats so tried for 1 more and best available was in section 329. I repeated the process 2 or 3 times but no luck so I bought the 329 seat. Went back to meet the family in little Italy to give them the floor tickets while I went back to the rental in the south end to drop off cameras and then headed back to the show. Got to the garden around 6.45 and planed to try box office 1 more time then buy a floor ticket from a tout. Well lo and behold there was a floor section c row 21 seat at the box office. Wahoo number 2!! So went outside and sold 329 seat for $50 and went to the floor. Found row 21 and was pleased the seat was 2nd seat from the end of thr walk out Stage. Wahoo number 3!! So I go to meet the family in row 1 just before Marina and the Dianmonds came on and 15 and 16 were front row and next to the walk out stage. I thought they would be the outside, but no, they were the inside seats. Wahoo number 4!! It seemed like all the front 3 rows were people plucked by the roadies except the 2 people next to us. They were the 2 from the box office. Anyway during M+diamonds a few people started to come up and were standing so I stayed there with the wife and 12 yr old. Everyone was stood by the end of that set so I stayed and Coldplay came on and wahoo number 4 we had front row tickets next to the stage for Coldplay. Wahoo, wahoo!! It was me and the wife's 3rd show and our sons 2nd. For our last show we sold our 2 floor seats in Sunrise, Fl to get 3 in the stands and allow him to go. Boston made up for that. It was an excellent show and we tried again on Monday at the box office, but there were no seats available from around 5 to 5.20 so we skipped it and went to see the red sox instead. Wow, that was long but the moral of the story is, yes there are tickets dropped on the day of the show, just be patient and try and try again. Cheers Wembley
