13 the coldest??? Wow thats crazy. Where I am during the winter it gets to -15°C but rarely and during the summer up to 40°C almost every day.

Yeah now I just think of it as something wet and cold. And something that slows everything, like public transportation! And everyone become nervous and yell at each other.
