  1. LOL. Yes, you were standing right in front of us. I must say, I was envious of your hat once my ears froze... I'm Danielle...i.e. the short one with glasses and the Viva shirt. I think we were at the same table for a bit. What's your name?
  2. I was half expecting the boys to come and mingle with the crowd or something, it felt so casual. I didn't really even have the 'ohmygodit'safamousperson' jitters because they weren't acting like they were famous, if that makes any sense. I was just really happy and excited, but not hysterical. That's never happened before.
  3. Oh my GOD, what a FANTASTIC DAY. :wacky: I'll post a full review to my LiveJournal later, because if I do it here I'll just harp on for ages, but suffice to say that it was so much better than I could ever have expected it to be. It had such a cozy, intimate feeling, almost like a house concert or something. Chris' voice sounded amazing, I thought, and they all just looked really happy. It was great to watch, especially from a foot away from the stage. :awesome: My mad flailing/fairy lights elicited a smile out of Jonny and--dare I say it--what might even have been a smirk out of Guy?! And I got a handshake from Chris! *faints* But the other thing I -loved- was the feeling of community...I met some of the other Coldplayers, you are all lovely, by the way. It was like some massive, dysfunctional family gathering. Well, that's what it felt like to me anyway. xD It was just lovely. I have warm fuzzies all over.
  4. I just looked at my ticket number: it's #755. Looks like the BBC didn't hold back with overticketing this one...
  5. THOOOOSE CHRIIIISTMAS LIGHTS LIGHT UP THIS STREET MAYBE THEY'LL BRIIIING HERRRR BACK TO MEEEEE
  6. I'm getting there at 10 but I can't help but feel a teensy bit paranoid...at least it's not too much money/hassle for me. At the very least, if I don't get in I'll have a nice day in London. By myself.
  7. Well with the way this season's been going, it CAN'T end soon. There haven't been enough touching moments of brotherly love. We need to see Sam and Dean reunited and kicking some ass before we'll let them drive away into the sunset forever. ;_;
  8. ^ Gorgeous video... As for when it ends, things are looking good for a seventh season! I hope I hope I hope...
  9. I can do it for you if you haven't found any volunteers yet. :P PM me if you need.
  10. Tumblr: redefining the words 'shortly' and 'minute' since December 6th, 2010 :mean:
  11. *saves gif* Crazy looks good on you, Sam. :sneaky:
  12. This show has basically taken up my life...Except now tumblr is down, I have nobody to spam with my fandom :stunned:
  13. I've booked my coach ticket...I'll be getting in to Victoria coach station at 9:20, so I'm guessing I'll get to the BBC just before 10. 'Citing! :D
  14. Oh God, it hasn't been working for the past hour. I am being forced to do other things and I don't know how any more. :stunned:
  15. Ah, definitely won't be able to get my hands on some of those. Lol. Again, if anyone has any spares, I'd pay you back :D
  16. So we're wearing LED badges in order to be recognized? I'll do my best to find some but I'm not sure I can, anyone got any spares? :)
  17. I know it's been like a year since I've come to Coldplaying but...I felt like I should announce that I got a ticket!!!:awesome: ETA: It says first come first serve for seats--anyone know what time they're getting there?
  18. Thanks for all the reports, everyone :) My evening, sadly, was ruined by my boyfriend being a bit (understatement) of an arse, so it turned out to be a rather shit experience for me. Everyone else had a good time ... though the band felt more removed from the audience than they did at Pemberton, but that's probably just because we had nosebleed seats and it was a stadium. Anyway. I took pictures/videos with my friend's camera, so I'll borrow her memory card and post them up here as soon as I can.
  19. 10:46 PM. Wondering how on Earth I'm going to get to school in time for the early choir practise tomorrow.
  20. When all of the 9 people who are coming to see Coldplay with you have been turned on to the band by you.
  21. Holy crap, $1200...would that I had that kind of concert budget! And with regards to cameras...sneak one in. I've brought one to GM place before, nobody arrested me...if you're a girl, hide it in your bra...:P
  22. She ruins the song beyond any ruination that I could have imagined. HOWEVER, the acoustic aspect actually highlights her voice--her REAL voice--quite nicely. Who would've thunk that she actually has one, and not just a pitch-correcting microphone...:stunned:
