When I'm angry, I usually spend a fair amount of time being a bitch, and if I'm not completely out of my head I read. It takes my mind off what's making me angry for a while. When I'm done I'm in a much calmer state of mind, and can think logically to fix the problem... Or if I can't fix it, I give whoever's pissing me off the cold shoulder. :dozey:
