I'm good too! No highschool thank goodness. Just grown up stuff like work, bills, and taxes, blegh. Boyfriend moved in officially. Which explains why I haven't been around much. ;) (He's out of town this week and I'm bored) He still claims he hates Coldplay but then why did he record a cover of The Scientist the other day? :uhoh:

That guy is selling a bootleg of Safety on eBay again! :angry: Grrr... I reported it but he listed it only for a day and there's less than two hours left! I wish there was a way to warn the bidders; some poor Coldplay fan is about to get ripped off. :sad:

I'm just unlurking to share this: When my boyfriend and I first met, he said he didn't like Coldplay. Well, at this very moment he's in our living room recording a cover of The Scientist. Converted? I believe so. ;) (he's terrified of what the "rabid fans" will say once it's on YouTube, so be nice ;))

They are indeed the X&Y promos. The colors correspond to the colors of the singles, and the boxy shapes ARE there but they are embossed (stamped into the cardboard) and hard to see in the photo. There is apparently a blue one for What If, but it's extremely rare. In fact, the blue What If single was the hardest thing in that entire collection to find!

It came in VERY handy. :flutterby: But was a bit tricky to get through security... :uhoh:

I have a few things... in all honesty I've actually been giving some thought to selling it all. ;) Someone talk me out of it!

The half who say it's shit are only doing so to be nonconformist and sound like they're smarter than the masses. The movie was pure entertainment. Sure, the storyline was shallow, but a complicated plot would have taken away from the visuals. It's eye candy, and there is nothing wrong with that. ;) If you're okay with the plot being a mix of Fern Gully and Dances With Wolves then you are set to enjoy yourself. See it in 3D

Feel free, but I hope none of you are claustrophobic. To get to that spot I literally had to drag myself palm-over-palm on my stomach. It was too tight even to crawl. ;) Oh yeah and it was nearly pitch black until the dead end, which had a wall of glass bricks. If I'd had a pen on me I probably would have added something, myself. :lol:

Well I haven't been around here much but I had a couple of interesting things happen today. I spent the weekend with my boyfriend (whom I just started dating). He is not a Coldplay fan by any means, which is okay, but he is a musician, and I had given him a bamboo flute for Christmas. So he was playing around with it last night and started the first few notes of Viva La Vida (the violin part). So I was like "What are you playing?" and he said " I think it's called I Used to Rule the World. It's from that iPod commercial." I was like :dance: because I'd sent him a few CP songs, which he didn't like, but it turns out he does like VLV! Weee! So then today we were at City Museum in St. Louis (AMAZING, btw... Go if you ever find yourself in the city!). It's kind of like a gigantic playground--really hard to describe. Well, we were crawling through this really tight maze on our hands and knees and came to a dead end with a lot of graffiti. He said "come look at this," and there on the wall is written "VIOLET HILL BY COLDPLAY." Again, I was like :dance: and broke into "was a long and dark december! From the rooftops I remember, there was snoooww... white snooowwww!" :D while playing rhythm on the cave wall. So how is everyone? ;)

This announcement came the day I got my check for a big freelance project I did last month. Hmmmmm. :thinking:

Hahahaha! :lol: Yeah it makes sense but the game is "Left Right Left Right Left!" :D So those are the only choices! (except for that one--you know the one). Glad you all enjoyed it! Hopefully the next one will be difficult enough to make into a competition again. :nice: edit:
