well i make it the old fshion italian way like everyone i just like to add a spoon of extravirginoliveoil & a glass of milk while in the middle of cooking it. but that's about it! :surprised: i like to serve it with ragu. cuz ragu is soooo yummy! :D hahaa. well my dad likes it with sardines, but it's not something i would make.. too salty for a pizza i think! yes. it's very southern indeed :laugh3: im from tuscany so very far up there. polenta is more my kind of thing. :P
