Hi Nick! Are you going to college next year? I ask because you mentioned a Human Bahavior class. Are you majoring in Psychology then? or is it just a General Education requirement class? As seen on my avi and siggy, these questions are inevitable... Is Gary Lightbody a weird celebrity crush? Is it normal to have a Snow Patrol craze? How do I go about it? What should I buy: the Hundred Million Suns normal edition, or the deluxe CD-DVD edition?

@Zoe: Well, my dad was laid off from his job. He was working under a contract, so we could see it coming. He had to move to Houston for it, and now he's staying there looking for a job since that's where most jobs for petroleum engineers are. He already was interviewed by a company last week, but his main roadblock is his English. I mean, he can communicate, but is still limited. So, I was lucky to get a part-time job at an office. Really cool stuff, but I'll be working on a project these next two weeks, and will be stressful like WHOA! Also, I will be taking classes at the comm college, but I had to run around my university because I had never cross-enrolled before, so I had no clue how the process went. I still need to pay for those classes, and buy the books. Oh, and THESIS! :bomb: Actually, I want to work on it, but I've been doing all of the above. Yes, this past week was i-n-s-a-n-e :freak: This coming week will be busy as well. EDIT: and that is why I can't go to the concert. :dozey:

Too much stuff going on in my life right now...:confused: Luckily, the girl I was going with, she's cool with it. I just emailed her today telling her about how this week has been crazy intense for me. Things will be better now, yet not less busy :( I asked her if she liked NoDoubt since I'm going to see them on June 2, and she said that she does! Hopefully, we'll be going together. Everything's not lost, after all :lol:

^I paid about $55 for Jason Mraz, including fees and taxes and all I was lucky to find a corner seat on Row R, which was a good seat, close enough to see him well with my glasses :wink3:

Hey everyone! I have bad news. I won't be going to this concert. It's a long story, and I will be starting my summer job this week, so no chance to take a short trip to West Palm. The only way is to get some place to stay because I'm kinda broke right now after paying for summer classes :( The fellow Coldplayer I was traveling with also has stuff going on, so she understood when I email her about it. Fortunately, she happens to like No Doubt, so we'll probably go to that concert together when the Gwen Stefani & Co play in Tampa :D

Everybody has to take pretty much the same classes, just like Milica said about Serbia. I had Physics and Chemistry for 3 years (9th to 11th grade), and Biology for 5 yrs (7th-11th) I was a good student, but still... I didn't have chance to take AP classes here, only AP Spanish to get credit, and that was very easy (clearly :P)

Agreed! Why people get married before 25* is beyond me :rolleyes: *some studies have found that most people's brains fully develop by the this age; hence, making life-changing decisions such as getting married to be taken after some serious consideration. I know, I have met and know people (friends, classmates, co-workers) who are about my age who are married or are about to. I'm happy for them, but I cannot do that. Just the thought of having to marry by the time I'm 30 is scary :uhoh: I only have 8 years or so. Nooooooooo! :stunned:

Yeah, I actually took a mock one on my American Gov't class in high school. The questions are quite easy. Can't wait to have a US passport, so I can travel :D My non-US passport is expired, that's why I cannot leave the country :(
