I read an article covering a similar topic in the newspaper the other day (yes, I know, I'm old-school, reading newspapers and printed magazines) Well, in my own experience, I have noticed how my ability to focus on a single activity has depreciated the more I use the Internet. When I was in high school or my first two years in college, I was able to sit down and read or do homework for hours, only taking breaks to eat, go to the bathroom, stretch, or exercise. Now? I get easily distracted while using my laptop into looking up stuff on Wikipedia, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, the list goes on. I don't feel as efficient as before.

I had a paranoid episode in August, which was making me having have panic attacks everyday. It took me 2 weeks to snap out of it, yet I decided to address the issue [see, panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder] In addition to exercise, I started taking St. John's Wort, and I think it has help me keep my good mood. Hope so...I have a Honors thesis and a 25-page paper to finish before December, AND the last thing I need is to panic really bad again :dozey: HULL YES!!!! Exercise + Music = :dance: YAY, I love that skit! :D I must say that seeing The killers, U2 and Muse live has given me such a rush of happiness I hope it last until Christmas :laugh3:

So, now that I have seen a couple of my fave bands live, still no Snow Patrol :sad:

SO...I deleted the 1st 30 pics that I had taken :cry: All the Muse pics and of the beginning of the show were gone :stunned: I totally freaked out for like a minute, but I had to calm down and enjoy the show, AND just take more pics. What the heck? I need to see MUSE again now [not that I don't want to] :P Question: is that you singing on the videos? :lol: Woo hoo! Have fun!!!! Yes, MUSE rocked! Ah, mmmm, well...how to say this? I saw Matt Bellamy last night in concert :D Opening for U2, I was stading on the field, wasn't that far away from the stage. Muse started playing before sunset, so I could see them even better. Matt was wearing teal jeans :bomb: Pure sexyness right there! And when he talked to say "thank you Tampa" I squuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed! :lol: But they only sang 8 songs :dozey: They need to make a proper US tour! Musers at their forum are speculating they'll be back on April/May 2010 *fingers crossed*

They came to my town 2 times before (in 05 & 07), I could not go :cry: So, this time, when they announced a date here, I said "this is my chance!" bought GA tix in presale, waited 3 months, got to the venue early, run like hell to be in the front row, freaked out when the guy next to me confirmed that we were in the center, and engaged in 90 minutes of magic with The Killers and 7,000 people :dance: Had to wait 4 years to see them live, and it was SO worth it :bigcry: This is not the last time I'll see them, fo' sho! :D YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! How I got home? I have no idea... the buzz continued for most of Saturday, and my legs were SORE, and then my arms still hurt a bit from holding to the barricade. 90 minutes of a rush of adrenaline to my head. So, is that what it feels to be completely EUPHORIC!? I met some lovely girls, those who were around me. The cutest one was this girl who went to all 3 FL concerts. she had a Brandon-inspired fleather jacket [so friggin cute] I found her on Twitter yesterday, and turns out she got to meet Brandon and Dave after the Miami concert, got a Direct Message from @thekillers on Twitter, Brandon said he liked her jacket during the Miami concert, and Ronnie signed the drumstick she catch during the Orlando concert. Isn't that awesome Killers Karma or what? Anywho, I wished I had stayed to see if I could have met them, BUT I think I was pretty content with my front-row-and-center 1st Killers concert. I had missed the two times they came to Tampa before, and this time I said I was gonna see AND that I was going to be on the 1st row and center. And it happened! just like that! For now, I will try to detox cux I have many school work to do... BUT, I am now a "victim" THE KILLERS FOREVER!!!!!
