ouch. hope it heals alright! ice it and elevate it, take some advil. i've lived off that advice at times. i know what it's like. i'm one of the most injury prone people in the world, no joke. i threw my back out by doing reaaaally simple things, 3 times in about 8 months or something. same injury. first time spiking a volleyball, then pulling out rafters (BAD idea), then just passing a basketball the last time. so after that i decided not to play sports for about 6 months because my chiropractor told me it might never heal if i don't rest properly. it was killer, i was so bored. that really sucks about the injury though. stupid grass. it's always the little things that screw you over.
  6. ice cream maple walnut..mmm
  7. I'm cold. But what I'm really thinking is: Thank god summer school is over! and Muse was fucking amazing last night
  8. Saw Muse last night at Arrow Hall! It was absolutly fantastic, mindblowing, amazing, everything you'd ever want in a concert. I went to the concert with my twin sister Mindy. We arrived at about 6:45, got in and I managed to get a pretty damn good view on the left side, but it was mostly of Matt, a bit of Dom, and a few glances at Chris on the other side of the stage. I was right up front in the pit, it was like a sweat bath. After the first song I was soaked! And we got seperated during the first song. I actually think it was the first concert we've ever been to that we didn't see eachother at one point. So excited that they opened with Knights, I love that song, especially when it's performed live. Hysteria, amaaaaaaazing. My left shoe got untied during this song and I was just thinking "Oh shit I hope I don't fall down because of it." Lucky for me, they had a really small pause before the next song where I quickly tied it up. People in the crowd are so nice, the second I bent down to tie it up people all around me started asking if I was ok or if something was wrong. So after I fixed that up I continued jumping, singing along and everything. The only song I didn't sing along to was Unintended since I just REALLY wanted to hear Matt sing it beautifully. I mouthed the words and swayed along. During one song, I'm not sure which (Solider's Poem maybe? Just thinking of a soft song...) they told everyone to bring out their mobile phones to light the place up. Whenever that happens I always love taking a look around and back to see tons of lights swaying. It was nice, but I couldn't see too far back anway. Oh man, Plug In Baby they had white balloons filled with confetti. My first thought when I saw them was COLDPLAY COLDPLAY COLDPLAY COLDPLAY! Haha. Saw them do it last year with Yellow. Loved it for this song also. I touched one! In the middle of the concert Matt's wahwah pedal broke and they played circus music, it was hilarious! It was crazy. Saw them last July as well, and can't wait to see them again. Muse is one of the best live acts for sure. Coldplay obviously are to though, haha. Love every second of it. When it was over I chugged two bottles of water. And was half deaf. All good.
  9. How does it feel when you're far away from each other? well my twin mindy actually went on a 4 day canoe trip without me, the longest we've been apart in our 17 years. and honestly, i felt lonely, empty even. it was depressing, so i have no idea how we're going to handle it if we go to seperate schools, but i'm sure we'd manage eventually. If one of you feels sad, or has been hurt, do you (or the other of you) feel the very same thing? umm somtimes. more like the fact that we can't stand the thought of the other being sad so we get sad to. sometimes we'll feel sick or sad on the same day. once i got hurt, i cut my foot open but mindy was the one crying. And, for those who have a twin, have you ever played the role of your twin and vice versa? yep. when we were little and could manage it. its a lot harder now that we look more different. we don't do it often anymore because people would notice, and it's lost its appeal.
  10. good stuff, good stuff
  11. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: oh wow those faces are laughing at different times. anway. yeah we don't mind looking alike, and we dont go out of our way to be really different either. but we really don't like wearing the same clothes at the same time. but for some reason, no joke, we end up picking out the same outfit and always get exasperated with eachother because of it. for us our relationship is waaaaaay different from with our other siblings, an older brother and sister who are close in age to us. we're best friends. and i'm not saying in any cheesy way. and we share a room to. even though one of us could have moved into my brothers room since he went away for school, but we love talking at night.
