i just called my friend. she says that square root fits in with exponents...our teacher kind of mentioned about how they were similar... meh, oh well....if i do horrible it's only one assignment.

yeah i know but i need to know when to figure the square root out during BEDMAS. do i do it at the end or...

yeah it is. but do you know where i do square root? i can't do any of the questions without knowing when i'm supposed to do it. :/

i know exponential but not logrithm. but i put exponents as meaning to the power. so 9 to the power of 2 would be 81. and 1 to the power of 4 is 4. but the main this i want to know is when i'm supposed to figure out what the square root is. i don't know where it fits in. am i supposed to figure it out at the end?

ask me ask me :D question's at the bottom. :P i have a looong question and it's for learning the order of operations and i wasn't at the lesson today so i'm not sure when i'm supposed to do the square root. the question is (not using the square roon or exponent sign): (42+18-54) x square root of 100 divided by (9 to the power of 2 - 11x6) x (36-34+ 1 to the power of 4) i can't use the signs because it's my computer. to the power of mean exponents.

i'm doing okay... i'm having trouble with my math homework though:( i need to call someone... or if anyone here can help me. :D in learning the order of operations (BEDMAS) where does square root fit in? :huh:

really? is that true? yeah but i was at least a 12 monthes...

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: he looks so cute!! :D :Pit messed up and now i can't get it to start again. it caused an error and at that time i couldn't try to re-open it because my brother kicked me off the computer and now when i try it, it says that it timed out. :( i'll try it again tomorrow and see if it works...
