  1. This is AMAZING, Makayla! :o I wish, I had something like that - or an idea like that. I just used Chris' plus on the Whatever It Takes Coldplay mug as an inspiration and did a similar plus as well. In it I wrote everything wich makes my life positive or makes me happy. That plus is now on my time planer which I use in school. I have a poster, of course. Wrote on my bag the Viva La Vida title and make a collage of some Coldplay pictures which I hang up in my room.
  2. Hallo Hanna! Willkommen hier. :) Bisher nur auf einem ... Und du?
  3. Ahh, do we have someone here, who has an account? There are very good pics of Chris ... - and I love that violet shirt! Am I stupid or is it new?
  4. Gravity - after listening to it for one hour and crying at the same time, I can't help. The Hardest Part And Life In Technicolor, but just because it reminds me of that incredible show. So the sadness is a mixture of longing for that concert and happieness because I've been there. Is that something I should worry about?
:D *freu*
  6. The first time I saw this a few weeks ago I thought 'I HAVE TO HAVE this!' :D A must for every Will-lover, isn't it? ;) Thos GIFs are amazing, Prospekt! *staring at them* @ Novah I really like this! Good idea!
  7. Hi Prospekt. would you be so nice and make me a GIF from that video? [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJ6mUSJFSRw]Life in Technicolor [/ame] I would like to have the part with Will pointing at Jonny starting at 0:25.
  8. To bring the love back to page 1, I'd like to post this video I've seen in the Will-Thread. 3:53 ;) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPJWN73mm08]The Scientist[/ame]
  9. Can you French watch it on TV? I was a bit confuesed about the date because on coldplay.com it says Saturday 13th January - that would be today, if it was a Saturday. I agree with you, a-chan, Lost? maybe isn't that good for playing it at an Award's show. I wonder why Jonny, Will and Guy are not coming because Coldplay is nominated for two awards and if they'd win, Chris has to be alone with the awards. But I understand it in a way because if Chris is going to perform a song which he is able to perform on his own, the three are not needed on stage and I think it's stranger to have just one band member on stage performing while the other three are sitting in the audience.
  10. I just feel like talking about something historical. Everytime I watch a video of this I think 'Well, now you know the whole story' and than - somebody's coming with another, longer video. Thank you Pris and of course Angie for recording and posting that! I think Will had bad luck, hadn't he? First a mistuned guitar and than being 'attacked' by Chris. :D
  11. Yes, "Wie geht's" is a short form, and you won't find anybody who asks "Wie geht es?". Maybe espect of the cases you have to use the "Sie". German bands for the pronounciation? Oh, that's tricky, because German isn't that good to sing in it, so the artists have to pronounce words in another way or use a lot of short forms. But if you want to listen to them, I'll show you some. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfBK8bBbNwY]Juli - "Dieses Leben" (July - 'This life')[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaY1WEcjlmg]Ich+Ich - "Vom selben Stern" (I+I - 'From the same star')[/ame] And there you have the first problem, it's actualy "Von demselben Stern", but it's made as a short form. And you can check out Fettes Brot (Rap, but very good German :smug:), Rosenstolz or - of course - Rammstein. ;) But I don't know which music you like espect of Coldplay and we don't have bands with an similar genre as the boys who actualy still sing in German. They all swap to English. Oh, and I fogot, because I don't like them: Tokio Hotel. Kind of an Emo group or something like that. :dozey:
  12. We Germans have short forms too, even if the Danke sehr / Danke schön / vielen Dank is very popular. (We just have to do our very best to be called 'the polite ones' in the future too :D) But there's a strange trend to say thx as a short form of thanks - though it's not German. But I'll keep brigada in mind. ;)
  13. Sorry Anita, google isn't the best translator, is it? I don't think that your German is terrible, I'm sure your 'r' sounds incredibly good and things like 'ch' and 'sch' (and the horrible 'ä','ö' and 'ü') - don't think about that too much. It's good if you're able to pronounce it, but even some Germans don't do it that well just because they're lazy. :D But taht depends on accents. You won't belive, but there is almost no German without any accent spoken in Germany. People who learn German do not really have a chance to leran 'good' German here. *laughs* Insane, isn't it? *goes learning her Portugeuse sentence*
  14. Thank you for posting this! On coldplay.com is a video of this too, but they cut out a part. I have to quote #42s comment: Wills reaction is just priceless.
  15. Muito obrigado, Anita! That was so nice, thank you. :) And thank you for teaching me something in Portuguese, but I think my pronounciation is horrible. :D If there's anything I can do for you, I'll, with that 'something' you got me now.
  18. My dog listened to it too and was not amused. And he loves Coldplay, I promise. Everytime I put their CDs in, he's sitting next to my radio. But that Chipmunks thing made him running out.

:dozey:
  24. @ Lisa Ich heiße Bianca. :) Jap, ich weiß, was du meinst.
