I don't agree with banning the person, nor do my main problems with Sternly rest solely in the caps. Well you can't change people. Just because you have a problem with her CAPS, doesn't mean she is gonna change that just because you don't like.... :rolleyes: I mean if you have a problem with her caps, that's your problem, not mine or hers....main point, you can't change people & even if they did, that wouldn't be right, 'cause they are not being themselves....got it? ;) :D :) This is a gross over-simplification of the issue. Just because Carla does something doesn't justify it in-and-of-itself. That's what your argument as articulated above comes down to. The justification for that behavior must be examined against the cost of the effect. In this case, though the cost of the effect is a minor adverse reaction to a small portion of the board's population, there is no justification for the behavior. This isn't about "changing" people. Caps lock isn't an inate personal characteristic. Well take it however you want to take it....I was just saying that just because you guys wanted her to stop with the caps, she is not going to anyways....so why do you guys still make a such a big deal out it, if she isn't gonna change w/her caps no matter what you say.....
