I left this thread for 30 minutes, and it took me another 30 minutes to keep up! I´ll ask for a video shouout too.

It begins. I hope they´ll play at least one or two other songs. They played their "no risk"-setlist yesterday for the DVD, today they should change one or two songs. Why don`t they play shiver anymore? :\

Ok, here`s my revieuw: We arrived at the ESPRIT Arena at 4:15 pm, but didn`t queue up, because we had seats. There weren`t many people queuing up at that time though. At 5 pm, the gates were opened, and we were interviewed by a reporter of the WDR while we went inside, so we`ll possibly be on TV this evening! (Aktuelle Stunde at 6:50 pm today). Inside we bought a tour book and some VIVA cups(You were supposed to bring them back, but we didn't). Kilians started playing and they were quite good, but the Howling Bells were terrible. After they finished, the crew removed the curtain and prepared everything for Coldplay. Then Coldplay started playing. The sound was really good for an outdoor arena. But when Chris sang Violet Hill and Clocks, you could hear that he was a bit sick. Clocks sounded terrible, in fact. Chris' falsetto was great, but he had problems hitting the "normal" notes, and sang everything a bit to high! They also had technical problems during the first songs, but the crowd was great, and so we had a good time anyway. Even most people in the seats were standing, singing and clapping all the time. The show got better and better. During The hardest Part and the C-Stage songs Chris sounded great, and Viva la Vida and the Encore songs were amazing, they put so much energy into their songs. Chris was talking in German to us very often, and changed a lot of the lyrics. They even played a short 30 second song about the gig and düsseldorf after Til Kingdom come! Overall, it was a great concert and it was over way too fast. We left as soon as the Escapist was playing, because we wanted to get a copy of LeftRightLeftRightLeft, they were handed out at the exit. On the way out, I was able to pick up a piece of butterfly confetti that was lieing on the ground! Pics: (warning: they are big!)

Es gibt übrigens grob geschätzt noch 1000 Tickets. Ich hab das Gefühl, das jedes Mal, wenn ich bei Eventim gucke, es noch ein paar Reihen mehr zu kaufen gibt. Haben da irgendwelche Gruppen abgesagt, oder was ist da los?

So it's back to the normal setlist, all additions were removed. That's sad, I wanted to hear Speed of Sound.:(

So at the first Europe concert, we had two more songs(Sos and Herning Song) and one replacement(DWNC=>Til kingdom come) Herning Song was removed for the second show, Speed of sound was removed for the third show. That means we have the original setlist length! I thought they wanted to make the stadium gigs longer! Or did they play DWNC and Til kingdom come? Then it would be at least one more song.

Let's just ignore him. If no one answers, there's no reason for him to post.

And I don't know if it's because I don't use Quicktime, but the speed ups don't sound like the chipmunks. It's just the doubled speed, the sound is still the same. If it sounded like the Chipmunks I wouldn't think it's funny either.

Viva la Vida backwards is awesome! The oohhs sound better than forwards :) The beginning sounds like: Here with rumours, so I could, could sing along and I'm moving, yeah i'm moving, it's wanna, yeah it's here cannot heal my soul believe the word and it's here in the shimmer release the word summer rain on me! :) Anything is so silent, it will act no more, playing his rat on a silver screen. Ohh oh oh Ohh oh oh Oho (5x) There is a hidden meaning ;) DEFINETLY!!!!11 Well, probably not, but it's funny!

...try watching a Coldplay concert at twice the normal speed! I did it this morning with my recording of MTV World Stage. I accidently pressed the fast forward button, and thought it was quite funny. Especially the end of fix you and VLV ohhhs! Try it!

Oh yes! A double album would be awesome! But I hope they don´t make a bad album because they only choose songs that fit to their story and discard the others. If you onlly focus on composing songs for a certain topic, you don´t have "access" to your whole creativity. I hope you understand what I wanted to say...:D
