I'm not quite sure (since I use my dad's credit card and I don't see the bill) but as far as I know you pay the equivalent from pounds to dollars. For example the CD/DVD is 15pounds, in my case on the bill should appear the equivalent on pesos, 315pesos. I hope you understand.
