  1. My pictures from last night in Indianapolis (they aren't all Chris, but most of them are). The vids aren't too good, Picasa resized them when I added them to my album.
  2. I tried to stand on my chair, but unfortunately I was also right in front of a security person, who kept making me get down.
  3. Finally, my pictures from last night. We didn't have fantastic seats (but they weren't bad either). Just, I'm short, and happened to be behind several tall people, so I couldn't always see much. My pictures make it look like we are a lot closer than we actually are....I got lucky and smuggled in my good Nikon with my zoom lens. I did get on the rope line as the guys ran to and from the C-stage, so I got a good in person close up look at them, but no pics of that, because they literally ran by in a blur!! My videos don't look that good, Picasa re-sized them when I added them to my album, but there are plenty of other vids on You Tube, so I probably won't put them there. I'm trying to convince my husband that we need to go to one more show before this tour is over, but I don't know that he's convinced!! Hi Novah, and thanks again for the bracelets, it was sweet of you to think of me!!
  4. leaving for Indy in one hour, I can't wait:dance::dance::dance:
  5. I'm still trying to figure a way to get my digital SLR and zoom lens into the show, any ideas?? I have another camera that I can bring, but I want good photos. My bag is pretty big, and good ideas for hiding the SLR and zoom lens??
  6. I am so excited, but it is such a bittersweet feeling, because I know when tonight is over it's likely to be a few years before Coldplay tours again..........this has been one massive tour and I'm sure they will be taking quite a bit of much needed time off!!!
  7. Message on Twitter stating that "We will be down for one hour of planned maintenance starting at 8p Pacific on Friday"............. This shouldn't interrupt any tweeting from the gig, but with Twitter you never know....hopefully it'll stay up at least through the show.....I'll be tweeting as much as I can without ruining my experience of the show!!!
  8. I am sorry your friend can't go, but you'll still have a blast!! Is it the friend that had to be home early for SAT?? If so, just look on the bright side, now you won't have to worry about leaving early, and maybe you can hang out afterwards and meet the boys. I hear ya about the insomnia...took me forever to go to sleep last night, I had "butterflies" in my stomach.....and look at me now, 6am and I am wide awake....like a kid on Christmas morning (who am I kidding, I'm 32 years old and I wake up before my kids on Christmas morning.......I'm an excitable type!!).
  9. Wish I knew, I am not the slightest bit tired, and I've got a long day ahead of me before the show tomorrow.......much coffee will be required on the drive to Indy!!
  10. Is anyone other than guy tweeting from this show....where are all the updates?
  11. Did the mass Tweet happen just before Guy sent his tweet?? If not, maybe someone out there is reading CPing.com and he sent his tweet at this time on purpose. Anyway, whatever the reason, Thank God he's tweeting again....I was hoping for some good band updates via twitter before my show tomorrow!! By the way, i'll be tweeting from Indianapolis tomorrow if anyone wants to follow
  12. BTW, my name is Carrie, if we happen to run into one another.
  13. Seats 18 an 19.....I'll keep an eye on your seats and make sure no one tries to snag them since you'll be running a little behind. I love the butterfly net idea....my daughters would absolutely love to see the butterfly drop. I brought them home a lot of butterflies from the show in Chicago last year, and hopefully I can do the same this time. I've seen some pretty cool things on this site that others have done with the butterflies, and we've got a long summer break to fill with arts and crafts, so I'll be trying to collect as many as I can. See you there!!
  14. great job on the shirt!! I'll look for you . I'll be wearing a brightly colored dress, and I will be with my really tall husband...I think we are just a few seats away.
  15. Getting so close I can almost not contain my excitement!!! I'm going to try to tweet from the show, but I don't want to be too distracted by tweeting that I don't enjoy the show. I'll try to do at least a few updates. Novah - If you have reserved seats I don't see any reason why you'd need to get there early. The parking lot only opens one hour before the gate anyway, so the lot won't be open until 5pm. I think we are sitting near one another if I remember correctly from an earlier post....I'll be looking for you!!
  16. I really hope Chris's voice gets better within the next 8 days and on day 9 he's feeling good!!!!
  17. According to CP.com, there is not show scheduled for Friday.....did they mean the show on Saturday the 30th?? I hope Chris gets better soon..........I doubt it's food poisoning if they are cancelling the show on the 30th as well, food poisoning doesn't usually stick around that long.
  18. What a terrible thing to say about yourself. None of us are flawed...we are all exactly how we are supposed to be, including you  Everyone is beautiful in their own way, you shouldn't think so negatively of yourself.
  19. damn, he's one brave guy :laugh3:
  20. Okay, so I've yet to attend a Coldplay show that I didn't already have a pretty good idea what the setlist would be, based on previous shows. With the next leg of the tour starting in a few days, and my show coming up in a little less than a month, should I keep up with the changes in the setlist or go to the show oblivious to the changes they've made to the setlist since last summer?? In other words, do you think it's more fun to go to a show knowing what to expect, or not know and be surprised??
  21. How good to see her looking happy, I really feel for them having the paps follow them around all of the time. Moses is so darn cute....is that a Batman hat he's wearing....little guy sure loves his superheros doesn't he?
  22. Anyone know the rules about cameras at Verizon?? I'd like to bring my nice camera and zoom lens, but don't want to risk getting it confiscated....I can always use my brothers shitty little camera that I can hide in my bag, but the pics aren't as nice. What do you think?? It doesn't say anything about cameras on my tickets and it alwasy has in the past.
  23. Oh how lovely it would be if only my neighbors thought I was a weirdo!! You'll learn not to care who thinks you are strange as you get older. I'm a vegan and I live in the midwest, so you can imagine how many people think I'm some kind of freak for not eating meat, eggs or dairy!! I think it's awesome that you went back to save that worm, you just bought yourself some good karma!!

I never looked it up on the disco....thought he said "time only can lead you on" too. I'm sure I have several more misheard lyrics, as I've never taken the time to look up the correct ones. The one I have the most trouble with is The World Turned Upside Down.
