I totally agree. I went to my first Coldplay concert in July and when I saw it in my head, I saw it just like the Live 2003 album with everyone singing, having a great attitude along with all these phenomenal songs being played with great effects, etc. Oh God. I should have saved my money and just taped a tiny picture of Coldplay on the wall, play all their singles at a low volume, put 50 empty bottles of beer under my seat and hire a drunk guy to sit next to me and yell 'PLAY I USED TO RULE THE WORLD!!!' I felt like I was the only one there who gave a damn about their music. I suppose it's not entirely their fault, but still I wasn't very pleased considering we had to pay $450 for 3 seats. I just hope that with this new LP5 they use all the fame they've gotten from Viva and show to the world their real talent. ^ Yeah. I consider myself a 'fan' of a band when I've actually listened to all of their songs and seen what they're really about, not because I heard one of their songs on a mainstream radio station.

Honestly I haven't been on the Coldplay section in months :P I'm always on The Lounge... Just relaxing on a Saturday afternoon :)

Yeah...I hate that feeling. Even when I was reading that Wembley blog and saw the boys hug I think I started to cry a little bit. As much as I loved the routine of going on here and seeing news and new concert pics of the boys every day, they do deserve some rest...they've been touring for 18 months. It's alright though, because we still get some news and updates every now and then. I guess it's a sign for all of us to chill, and even though they're not on tour anymore, the music is still here ;)
