Pro Tools is great. I haven't used Logic much, but my problem with it is that you don't have much flexibility. I'm used Ableton, which is incredible. You can pretty much do anything you want. It's great. I'm no professional though...just some kid making beats in his bedroom. I think it all comes down to opinion. All programs offer different things.

that's true, but in my opinion Logic is a waste of time/money ;)

agree with Wilco. They've had some average releases but incredible songwriting/incredible live shows/incredible guitar work makes up for it. Kanye West all the 80s/90s hip hop legends (Wu tang, public enemy, Nas etc)
