Firstly, sorry for being gone so damn long, was really busy for the past week. Secondly, those pictures on the last page with the piano were so stunning I forgot how to speak for a moment. or breathe. *gasp* Thanks so much for posting them.

I saw that and was gonna post it, but hadn't been able to get on here. And apparently Vh1 has Coldplay: live in Portugal on tomorrow night, but I haven't been able to check that yet. Hope so, I know i've seen the Max stuff before but its fun to watch again. Goood timing for my birthday too :).

And then in an interview when he was talking about this he said “There are good days and not so good days, you know? But, the thing is...” Long pause. “I got to have a ride in a fire engine. I do that all the time. And then you make your mum or dad turn it up really loud, they get really annoyed, but your in Coldplay heaven so its all good. This happened to me on the weekend: When you get dragged into a store you hate, but LiTII is playing on the big screen, so you run over to the screeen, stand it front of it singing along even though your getting wierd looks and are being hassled to leave, and only when its finished do you leave.

I came across it ages ago and I think its kinda funny. But I don't get 1) why they would take a joke so far and 2) How the site has managed to last so long. Its pretty damn stupid, hes just a singer. Sure he's the best singer :P, but thats taking way too far. :rolleyes: The Passion of the Christ starring Chris Martin. Hmm, doesn't quite work for me :P

Wow we should do a poll of lefties vs right handers on coldplaying.com, there's heaps of left handers. And random fact: in a 2002 European show, Coldplay did a cover of Barbie Girl with Chris playing Barbie and Jonny as Ken. After about a minute they both cracked up laughing.

lol, yeah thats a pretty well known fact. Chris says his only vice is sweet stuff, like chocolate. And jellybeans. And Long live the fellow Lefties!!! And why the hell do we supposedly live shorter than right handers? And I think Chris and Guy do pretty damn good to be able to play guitar right handed. I have to play left handed, its so hard the other way.

Well all the ones that have been said would get a male to like them are my favourites and all the suposed female ones are my least favourites, although I still love those songs, just not as much. I don't think gender has anything to do with music preferences. Heck, some guys might love a soppy love song like, I dunno, summer nights from Grease, (first thought in my head) and some girls love heavy metal. Its just personal taste. I think to get someone into Coldplay, play a song they wouldn't have been ambushed by on the radio like VLV, clocks and Yellow have been. For a slower sweeter song i'd say Swallowed in the Sea, and a faster one maybe Glass of Water. Shiver would be my choice from Parachutes and from AROBTTH i'd say, hm its a hard choice, Warning Sign or God Put a Smile Upon Your Face.

I listened to 30 seconds and couldn't handle it. Hate her, hate that version, can't believe she even did it. Ewww I must listen to proper viva la vida and cleanse myself from that awful version.

I already hated Lady Gaga, now she ruins Viva la Vida :o :angry:. I might watch it, though it'll kill me. Hate her so so so much!

I had a look at Sanity and some other stores and couldn't find any t-shirts, so I had a look on the net. All the ones on the internet cost more than the price of the shirt in postage and handling. Anyone know any Australian sites that sell Coldplay shirts, or cheap international sites?

What about 5. Chris and Guy need/need to keep they're hair longer, cause I prefer them with long hair. And I totally agree with number 4. But as to their music, the only thing I don't really love is some of the early singing where Chris sounded a bit, I dunno how to describe it, but it gets a bit boring after too many songs. But he sings so good now it doesn't matter. I wis hhe'd sing a little more like he did on Green Eyes once in a while, he actually really proved he could hold a note on that song. And as to what 2732 said 1) his dancing is awesome, and 2) he picks up the guitar very often, and he can play it damn good.

Rafa won the first set and is leading 3-1 in the second. Looks like he'll win :D. And with that I must sleep.

I got a massive poster at the Easter Show today!!!! :D *jumps around like a crazy obsessed fan* well I suppose I am. I had to carry it around all day, I was practically hugging it the whole time :P. Its a reasonably early photo of them, but its great. And they had an awesome Coldplay T shirt that i haven't seen before but it was too small so i'm gonna try and get it in a medium. There were all these Coldplay things jumping out at me today, like Charles Moses Stadium, and then when we were trying to get seats to the car and motorbike show thingo, dad goes 'getting seats is always the hardest part' and I started laughing. Anyways, when I go to Sanity next I'll have a look their for the shirts, thanks Cobalt.

mc_spquared: Yes I have seen many episodes of Sesame Street when i was younger I just didn't expect a reference to it here I thought you must've met something else :P. And I saw Fed get beate nlast night, it was awful :cry: Poor Feddy..

I know i'm not a regular poster in this thread, though I do come and check out the awesome pics fairly often, and I have a request. Does anyone have some high quality pictures of Guy from a few years ago when he had long wavy hair, prettty please? I've been wanting to make some avatars and wallpaperws of him from that time but can't find any :(
