  1. Hey everyone! Just curious if there's a way to hang with you or any other peeps who are going to this one. I bought a ticket for myself near C-Stage and I'll be traveling to San Diego and wanted to see if I could make some friends along the way!
  2. Yeah I'm definitely not listening to it. No matter what anyone says or the reviews I hear, I will restrict judgment until I actually have it. Following along as Coldplay was making this album, I wouldn't be a true fan by listening to the leak, despite them being well off enough that this leak won't hurt them. Still...they worked hard and deserve to get their album purchased...and then listened to.
  3. Are you joking? You do know that X&Y has been out for a few years, right?
  4. That's good. That's good. I thought of one thing when Prospekt's March/Poppyfields came up on my iPod during the "Coldplay" shuffle. Well, from what I can recount, the song first explains how life is like in the area. Very bleak and very gloomy. After a while Chris asks "if you remember" he is in a dialogue with the "Prospekt" character and Prospekt replies "how can I forget?" And then (what I think) is that there's a war on the horizon and it's like a building anticipation and then Chris's character dies or becomes severely injured. There maybe some other possibilities: -All of the events in the song are a type of non linear storytelling and this is Chris's character dying and thinking with some sorta retrospective. -Prospekt and Chris are in a gunfight duel. That just explains it.
  5. No its real...I've seen it at Best Buy before
  6. How long do you think this concert will be? Give me some predictions about what time you think it'll end? I'm asking this because I have to tell my dad when to pick me up and he wants the time. But, I can't wait. It's gonna be awesome.
  7. I hope I get to this one pretty early. I have to convince my cousin to get me there early.
  8. Oh, Thank y'all....
  9. Hi everybody, thanks for welcoming me. Technicolor Liver I'm going to the Shoreline Amphitheatre one, which I'm guessing you are going to, it's on the same date
  10. Hi there everybody, My names in my name. I came to Coldplaying because I started liking Coldplay...a lot. I guess that was when the Viva la Vida album came out. I mean...I had liked them before that but never really liked them as much as I do now. The first Coldplay album I got was X&Y. I was iffy about it but after a while I liked it...so I bought A Rush of Blood and that was cool as well as Parachutes. They grew on me. Once Viva la Vida came around I kinda saw their scope of music and it touches me closely. For me, their music is very moody and emotional, so if I feel a certain mood I can listen to Strawberry Swing or if I wanna feel badass, I'd listen to A Rush of Blood to the Head, the song. Anyway, I can't wait til July 13...I'm goin to their concert. And one only big problem I got with liking Coldplay is that there are no other die hard fans of theirs like me that I can hang out with here in Modesto. Also, that joke from 40 Year Old Virgin I hate too: "You know how I know you're gay" "How?" "Because you listen to Coldplay" Other than that, it's all cool
