Whats a good starter acoustic guitar?
I agree; get a Fender or Epiphone acoustic. Basically I agree with everyone else above..... Though a Gibson would be expensive. Though I honestly can't give good advice considering I got a crappy acoustic guitar as a starter.

Coldplay should ditch Eno.
I agree with you guys.....X & Y is one of the best. Viva la Vida is a different sound, but Coldplay isn't gonna stay the same for the entire career. Most likely their sound will change yet again with their new album. And there will always be people who hate certain things. No offense to anyone. But I'd like to see what Eno does with their next album.

Yeah...now almost closing..... I've heard the same about the Charlotte show. This happened before, a few years ago in New York. Chris went on stage with a cold and his voice went out...they had to stop the show. :/

And soon they'd just be about halfway done with the show....:(  I hope Chris gets better soon.....I feel bad for Diane and all the others who flew in to see them....hope you still have a good time in Tampa. :D

Free live album "LeftRightLeftRightLeft" for people with tickets as a free CD ?!
When I went, they have people handing out LRLRL at the gates when you leave. Chris made a special announcement at the end of the concert too. Don't worry, they have plenty of copies! It's really cool that they give out free cds. :)

Ah, okay. Thanks for clearing that up.....wonder what he has. :embarassed: Anyways, it sucks for everyone that flew all the way there....hope they don't cancel on everyone. :( But it's good they decided not to do the show with him sick.....I was reading on their site how early on they performed anyway with Chris having a cold or something, and his voice went out. But don't get me wrong, I don't want him to get worse...XD

You know Starfish, I never really thought about that. I'm not sure if he did the heart-patting at the Sleep Train, so I'll have to review my videos and yours. But you really bring out your own heart in sharing your story with us. You're very philosophical. :) Unfortunately, I don't think I could make it down to Tampa......busy with stuff and not sure if I'd have the energy....but you should definitely try to go! Let us know if you have any luck with finding cheap plane tickets. Solar Bozo: The two support acts were Kitty, Daisy, and Lewis, and Amadou and Mariam. Here's an interview on Coldplay.com: http://www.coldplay.com/newsdetail.php?id=447&page=0 I also posted links to their sites, respectively, somewhere back in this thread. Sorry to make you dig for them, but you could also just google the two. I know they were with Coldplay for a few weeks, but I can't find the list on Coldplay.com. Thinline :chris: :jonny: :guy: :will: :mudkip: :guitarist: I'm gonna copy you Starfish.... Coldplay=Love <3

......wow Starfish, that's quite a story. I'll definitely be keeping up with that thread. 10 days....wow. I do miss them already. Well, at least they can get working on LP5 soon. My story is relatively simple: I loved the L.I.T. ii video, and researched Coldplay. I'd already heard of Clocks and the Scientist, but that was it. I even though Chris's singing was awful before....things do change.

Haha, yeah, I would if I could, but I don't want to travel. >.< I'm watching/listening in HQ, totally transforms the vid. Thanks. Yes, TheAngie certainly has a large group of people waiting to hear about her high-fives! The band certainly recognizes her now! I know, they come and go so fast. I noticed several limos, but didn't give it much thought. What did their band van say on it? I've never seen it. And on their site, Roadie #42 ust posted something about their accountant. Speaking of roadies, it's amazing how people here can identify roadies so easily. People are all like, 'Oh, nice picture of Joe! He's a nice guy.' Devoted fans. Yeah, I saw a vid showing her on Yellow, but I wasn't looking. XD I was sitting next to some VIPish looking people, but I don't know. I wasn't looking at the box seats either. Hey, I was pretty close to the person who filmed the 'In My Place' video! That's really good quality. And yeah, I know. I can no longer judge you. :( Those videos are pretty good, though the sound's kinda distorted. But it's still really good. :D Are you going to any other concerts, Starfish? lol Starfish, you can never choose! I can't judge you though, I loved all of them too! My list: 1. Viva la Vida - For obvious reasons 2. Lovers in Japan - The butterflies, Chris's dancing, the video...all of it. 3. 42 - Chris's bug-eyes at the end and dancing were very memorable. 4. Yellow - Loved the balloons and Chris's singing to Jonny 5. Death and All of His Friends - Always loved Jonny's guitar solo, and it was nolstagic, realizing the concert was over 6. Life in Technicolor ii - The final song. Love that song. Alright, keep posting your favorites, and I'll post the final list. :D Thinline :mudkip:
