WHOA. This thread must be pretty famous. Welcome! Enjoy yo  And maybe you'll see him in his Minnie Mouse shirt :charming:- Klaxons
- What are your favorite movie soundtracks?
I thought there's a thread like this already. Anyway, August Rush. Finding Neverland (though I don't have it) I suppose Eclipse is okay, I haven't finish listening to it yet. I don't have many. :shame: Edit : Sweeney Todd soundtrack is pretty good. The 2007 film one.- MGMT
LULZ. Do tell us how you like the album!- The Blur Thread
Over here, Oasis' albums can easily be found, but so far, I don't think I've seen any Blur albums, other than Midlife, Best of and All The People (Hyde Park audio). I have to agree. But if Damon Albarn's achievements are counted in in the even longer run, I would say Blur won. Blur reunited, Oasis broke up. I suppose I am a little biased... :shame: :laugh3::laugh3:- Fashion etc.
I love the top! And the bracelet is kinda unique.- THE MEANING OF "ARSCHLECKEN"!!!!!
:laugh3::laugh3:- check out my new car
- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
You can, but you kinda need that err, tape thing where some one pronounces it. Same goes with other languages, I assume. But when you get the hang of it and learn the pronunciation, then it's possible. Alright I better go. I apologize once more. :shame: Nights. You guys have a great time too. :lips:- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
I'm gonna go sleep, it's past 2am! Sorry btw, for the outburst just now. :| Goodnight!- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
Mandarin is confusing because for example the pronunciation 'ma' (and so on) can be written in many different characters. Which makes it hard. And each character is different from each other, and there's no way of learning its exact pronunciation by reading it, someone must teach. Some characters may have more than one pronunciation to it. :\ Comment tu t'appelles :awesome: I learned something today.- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
Oh, the box that looks like a 'p', should be written in a more square way.- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
Haha :wacky: And there are accents to go with it, but I don't know how to type with accents, and also I'm not precisely sure which accent to use. It would be easier to write it out. Btw, this is how ni hao ma is written : How to pronounce 't'appelles'?- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
Ah. Quel pronounced as 'ku-el'? No, as in what's it said in French.- Crests of Daylight/Glacial Fox/Crests, Foaming at the Mouth
Bye Laura :nice: o_____________o *feels creeped out at the thought of blown up*- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
Ooh! Got it. :nice: Netherlands also known as Holland right?- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
Hahaaa! :wacky: In more conversational speaking, it could be as simple as 'Ni jiao shen mo?' but it also can be 'Ni de ming zi jiao shen mo?' Ni jiao shen mo? - What are you called? Ni de ming zi jiao shen mo? - What is your name? Direct translation : Ni jiao shen mo? - You call what Ni de ming zi jiao shen mo? - Your name call what Mandarin kinda has a different grammar. What about French?- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
What's the difference between Belgian and Dutch accents? And my geography's pretty bad too, it's two different countries right? Blame the education system here.- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
It's 'nǐ hǎo ma'. The accent is the third accent in the four accents Mandarin has. I don't know how to explain the pronunciation but it's like when you say 'nǐ', imagine saying it as if it's going downhill and then up again. Not slowly of course. Same goes with 'hǎo'. Ma is just normal.- Jade and Lily's thread : if you're bored come say "hello"
OMG LOL I GOOGLED NI HAO AND JUST REALISED THAT HOW ARE YOU IS 'NI HAO MA'. Ni hao is hello. :| /noob 'Ma' is normally used at the end of a question or something like that. Eh. I'm slightly confused. - The Damon Albarn thread.
