Update of Coldplay Website / Hypnofeed
^ Yay! :awesome: I'll have to check them out. I see there is one person that uploaded some vids from the Detroit (well, Clarkston, DTE) "shed" gig. During Yellow I was paying too much attention to the balloons around me, that I didn't really notice what was happening with the balloons up front. It must have been really annoying for the boys during the shed gigs, since the stage is the lowest point of the venue... the balloons kept falling down toward them and they (at least Jonny and Chris) were constantly kicking/punching them off the stage! Plus there was a little bit of a breeze so that probably didn't help. I don't think it was like that at the Auburn Hills/Palace indoor concert, since the setup is different (the stage is above the crowd there).

Coldplay Trip
^ Not quite sure how this is false, but okay. http://www.foxtons.co.uk/search?bedrooms_from=0&price_from=1500000&price_to=2000000&property_id=731343&search_form=keyword&search_type=SS&submit_type=search I don't appreciate being called a liar. Mark, the point of this thread is that she would like some suggestions for a lovely trip. I have only mentioned a few, so if you could suggest some more I'm sure she would be very appreciative.

Coldplay Trip
Yes, I understand, people have their opinions about that, I won't argue about it here. I am of the camp that believes a property for sale (since at least April) for 1.75 million pounds and only has one lock on the door isn't significant, but again, that's just my logical opinion.

across the street, down about 100 feet (if that) Here's the view of it; it's the second reddish building with the white overhang. I was standing in front of the Bakery when I took this.

Explosion on Gulf of Mexico oil rig
I know, I saw that a few minutes ago and I was like wtf. If that rig is BP-owned, that's gonna be the final nail in their coffin.

It's cool that they changed it, but at the same time I don't get it. I thought "yay, they're changing it to go past the Viva era." And then they're asking people to post stuff from the Viva era. wtf

Hurricane Earl
Those are pretty pics Jason. :awesome: So colorful. Unfortunately I think a lot of people on the (northern half of the) east coast underestimate these things because they don't get hurricanes as often. Plus with it being a holiday weekend, some people won't want to leave.

Hurricane Earl
Don't they start naming them with letters or numbers if there are too many storms in a season? I think it's cool they alternate between boys and girls names. How cute. Hurricane Jesus, that would be cool. I remember one time when I worked in retail and we called customers for a sale and I didn't bother to look at the name before I dialed the number and it was Jesus Gonzales and I said, "Hi, is Jesus there?" And of course I pronounced it Gee-zus instead of Hay-Zeus. I knew I messed up the second it came out of my mouth.

Chris Martin performing live on Apple Keynote!
True, but honestly the article made me chuckle. I don't think it was intended to be a music critique/review anyway, just more of a "wtf, Steve Jobs" commentary. Besides, I'm sticking with the lame ol' standby... any press is good press.
