long story. met a girl from sweden at a sigur ros gig in london (i knew she'd be there because we'd spoken on a messageboard first and arranged to meet up at some point). we spent the week together and fell in love (the only time i have been in love. i've had quite a few girlfriends and been with them for a long time without falling in love so it was genuine), spending our week watching dvd's in bed and eating subway. then we had a long distance relationship for about 9 months, spent about two and a half months together, either me in stockholm or her over, here taking turns. we had plans to move in together but she got scared and panicked and her ex boyfriends dad died so she went to the funeral since she knew him well. her ex boyfriend started hanging around and turned her head whilst i was in england and it really fucked with her. then she had her family who were deeply religious (mormon - my ex was not a mormon anymore however as i wouldn't have been able to be with somebody who believed in that) and they were a little against me because tey wanted her to be with a mormon. august last year we broke up and i haven't heard from her since. i've had one girlfriend since but i still feel empty and numb so it didn't work.

it's only a crush, nothing serious. and she has a boyfriend and is only here for two weeks. there is nothing good that can come with me meddling, especially when i'm quite sure she likes me too. we wouldn't be able to be together, my crush might pass and a relationship would have been ruined

i'm definitely not in love with her, i'm still in love with one of my ex's who i'll never see again :dunce: just like her

well i met her about three and a half years ago and liked her a little, but mainly friend. then two weeks after i met her she moved to the bottom of the country and i didn't see her again in a long time. i spoke to her online quite a bit and she's come up to visit her friends from time to time. i saw her today and we spoke about music and there was a bit of tension between us and i showed her some music i liked at the moment (i've got her into loads of music when we spoke online). it was just really nice and for the first time i felt a physical attraction between us. she's a couple of years younger (twenty now i think) and previous times i had met her i was very aware she was younger than me but now we seem a lot closer in our lives and the experiences we are going through. i can't tell her as she has a boyfriend and she lives miles and miles away and is only here for two weeks. i'm happy enough being alone right now anyway unless something really special comes along, and a long distance relationship isn't ideal.
